Sublime decor!

The K'Baroque is located near the docks in Bordeaux. This restaurant is welcoming and warm. The service is enjoyable and the customers have a good sense of humour. Moreover the decor is very original because it changes every hour. For exemple at Twenty o' clock the ceiling becomes a sky full of... read more

My wife had read the reviews and wanted to go here for her birthday dinner. We were not disappointed, even though we did not experience any of the entertainment. The menu was interesting and the food iteself even more so. We could not decide on a starter so chose the special selection of small versions of everything on the starter... More

This restaurant is just, well, different but in a good way. Its dark, the scenery changes, you just don't know whats going to happen. It's also very popular so booking is recommended at least on weekends. So it's entertaining but whats the food like, well that doesn't disappoint either it has a good choice of menu with interesting flavour combinations... More

What an amazing restaurant! The entrance is surprising, each dish is surprising, and the entertainment to go along with it is also surprising. It's just such an entertaining meal. It's a great place to go as a couple but also a great place to take close family or friends who've never been! The only people I wouldn't suggest this place... More

Only in Bordeaux for three nights but found this restaurant on the Quay at Chatrons. The atmosphere was great, the food fantastic, the staff wonderful the price reasonable, the only complaint I could find was they spelt Pear Peer. You must book as it fills up, a few surprises throughout the evening, will leave that for you to experience. Let... More

The food presentation is good, the staff attentive, efficient, friendly and professional. The food itself is good I had the risotto with scallops and foie grad great taste if I have to find something negative the risotto was slightly overcooked......for an... More

Not sure if it would be fair to give away too much about the atmosphire and decor but its certainly unusual and mystical. You could be forgiven for expecting something theatrical given the decor. The food and service were excellent, reasonably priced and friendly. Do give it a try.

Special decor, friendly service, good food. As it should be, they know their wines. Even on Monday night a good crowd. Open from 20:00 I was too early but could start with the wine.

The décor is not the norm and the idea seems to be "different" the staff have limited English but with our limited French we got by - just about, squid turned out to be cuttlefish but tasted good all the same, we did not like some of the starters and again the explanation was not good however the main meals...
