Its a nice place, I like the ambiance and the way we hang around the wine bottles to press the degustation buttons. Automatic card system is really clever and easily applicable. Also very fun. They have choice of wine from around the world not only from Bordeaux. Cheese and ham plates are presentable, good balance of price/quality. Very helpful personnel.... More

From the moment we walked in the customer service was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed the chance to try a wide range of wines from within the region and wider france. We ate a mixed platter of meats, cheese and fruit which was a nice appetiser pre dinner. Would certainly recommend anyone wanting to try different wines... More

Highly recommended if you would like to explore a sip even from the mot expensive wines of France. The staff is extremely helpful explaining every wine one by one in detail. They have open different bottles every night so you may want to drop by more than once during your stay.

This place was fantastic...I'd found it online and loved the idea behind it. With only one night in bordeaux I wanted to try out a few wines and this was the best way to do this. I had worried it could be a bit of a tourist gimmick but the place was packed full of locals and the staff were... More

We went there for dinner expecting better wine experience than food - we were pleasantly proved wrong. The place is cosy with a lively atmosphere. There were quite many local and foreign wines available in different "level" of the glass. The food menu is small but finely done. Staff are friend and helpful. I would go there again if I... More

Maybe I walked into a secret that was known to everyone but me, but this place was unique. They have two main stations for white and red wines, which include about 6-8 bottles each. You are given a card that costs 20€. At each station you insert the card and choose from one of three serving sizes. The small size... More

I went here with my friend after seeing the reviews on tripadvisor. Was really busy but we really wanted to stay so the manager looked after us until we could get a table. Is more of a wine bar than a restaurant, there is a limited food menu but we had a platter and was lovely. However the wine is... More

This small wine bar is an excellent way to get to know wines - and not only French wines. The selection changes from time to time, and you can try out wines from all corners of the world. Being able to just take a small sip of wine first will allow you to quickly find your favorites. Beware, though, it... More

A highly recommended stop on our wine immersion tour through France, Spain and Portugal. The owner was at first fantastic, continually waiting on us and introducing us to the concept and functionality of this great wine bar. Our only disappointment was when we came to pay the check, it was obvious we were being lied to. We were a party... More

Hi, Thank you very much for your comment. I'm again really sorry for the credit card machine problem but it was actually an Internet problem. Our payment system is linked to the internet and we couldn't take payment from foreign credit card because it always ask for an authorization in this case. It was working for French cards until a... This is lots of fun to try. The waiter we had was fantastic at explaining the different wines and how the card/money system worked! We had a lovely hour or 2 enjoying may different wines. The food looked great, but as we had dinner reservations we didn't try any. Would definitely go back if I ever return to Bordeaux.
