It has been nearly half a year, since my girlfriend and I were here, but the food still haunts me. We were about five hours in the restaurant and didn't really notice time passing. We'll definatelly come back for this restaurant.

An intimate restaurant in the heart of Bordeaux. Fabulous service . A single waitress managed all covers brilliantly and did not stop smiling all night. Quality of our meal was first class. Booking is essential

Made a reservation at this restaurant due to the good reviews on tripadvisor. We were not disappointed. The food and wine was great. The service was polite and in level with (or above) what you would expect at this price level (not Michelin, but you are only paying 1/3 of that). For a total of less than 100 € for... More

I was on holiday with my mum in Bordeaux and was looking for a restaurant on trip advisor when I came across 'Le Croc Loup'. We immediately went over there and weren't surprised about its good reviews. It is a small cozy place, situated on a quiet road which is is part of it lovely, calm atmosphere. We were served... More

We have had dinner here and went for the menu option. It was delicious and filling. The restaurant was 100% full and there was only one waitress, but she was keeping it up and service was fast. Do note that it can get extremely hot in summer, and like a lot of places in France, there is no air conditioning... More

I found this restaurant by chance while on holiday in Bordeaux last year. I was so impressed with both the food and service that booked again for lunch on the last day. I visited Bordeaux again in January this year and had dinner here with my mother. The waitress was very pleasant and polite and the service was both attentive... More

We read about this on tripadvisor. We had the best meal we've ever had. The hostess was attentive, efficient and friendly, whilst concurrently training two apprentices. The apprentices were both great, and we assume they will do well, given the skills of their trainer. Our meals were perfect.

I was in Bordeaux for business and a coworker made the reservation for us. It's a very small and quaint restaurant with about 6-8 tables capacity and the French take their time at dinner expect 3hr+ so make sure you can get a reservation. Walk in have little chance unless you do it super early or try lunch. The food... More

Exactly the kind of little out of the way resto one hopes to find but rarely does. The lunch menu at €18 was the bargain of my stay in France, comprising a crab mousse, a boneless chicken stuffed with wild mushrooms in a bordelais sauce and baked fruit feuillete. The server was charming, even though she had to cope with... More
