There is room for only 25 in this little gem, where Michael does the waiting all by himself, but without any problem or delay. He does an excellentjob of explaining everything in English and does so with a smile. Meanwhile his boss is in the kitchen doing his magic, also all by himself. One excellent course after another. Good size... More

What a lovely little restaurant, the waiter worked on his own, so service was a tad slow, however the food was amazing and the cafe gourmand was heavenly. Thank you very much for a great experience. I would recommend booking though as it's very small.

Enough english spoken (good effort by the staff) to make understand the menu and ordering easy. Quiet atmosphere and tremendous food. Good wine recommendations at affordable prices! We really really enjoyed eating here.

The excellent reviews for this gem are spot on. Had a terrific dinner for two with appetizer, wine, dessert and coffee for under 100 Euros.

I knew and reserved this restaurant through trip advisor as I am tourist. I don't know any restaurest in Strasbourg. This is a good choice for french cuisines. Even there is no English menu, the waiter tried his best to translate the menu into English. And he also suggested wine matching starter and main course. The price is reasonable. The... More

Make a reservation for this small dining room and you (probably) won't be disappointed. The chef is creative with seasonal ingredients, the waiter was competent to handle the dining room solo, and the wine list was local and affordable. Overall we were all pleased with our meals. The café goumand desert is huge, by the way.

Very nice, quiet and relaxing restaurant, with good food, excellent service and approach. Coffee for dessert with selection of cakes was really surprising and good (if you have place for the cakes after an appetizer and the main course).

This small informal family owned and run restaurant is outstanding. The food was wonderful, consisting of locally available ingredients and prepared with a lot of love and creativity. While there was a limited number of offerings we managed to satisfy ourselves with the choices and greatly enjoy what we were served. The owners are the chef and the hostess. Both... More

We visited La Cuiller a Pot on the basis of other Trip Advisor reviews and I'm so glad we did. I can honestly say this is the best food I've had for some considerable time. The menu is small and based upon fresh seasonal ingredients so changes frequently. There were only around 4-5 starters and about 5-6 main courses but... More
