I found this restaurant by chance and was attracted to its beautiful outside decor. Each table was decorated with a different flower arrangement. My meal was excellent as was the wine. The restaurant became very busy but I still received very attentive service. This was definitely the best meal I had in a Strasbourg and so far, the best meal... More

If you go to this restaurant. Flowers everywhere, lovely decor, Professional service and delicious food and wine. The only small negative point was my friend's dessert which did not quite live up to the menu description. However she absolutely loved her crusty duck roll which had Asian flavours combined with French. Take the host's recommendations for wine as you will... More

This petit restaurant situated at a 1st floor of an antique house, has a truly professional service. Their food is very good. Their wine list carries wonderful wines. Making a reservation is a must. Space is very limited, so if you don't like being tight to other commensals, look for other option.

One minute walk from our hotel, this place was another winner. We ate outside and the evening was perfect for that. The food was out of this world and the dishes were very creative. Another place where the recommendations were spot on and affordable. Great staff as well.

My husband and I ate here on our 2nd night in Strasbourg and had a terrific meal. The owner was very friendly and spoke beautiful english. We ate outdoors and the tables were set with a great eye for good design. Beautiful bar ware and linens with a exceptional variety of flowers. The amuse bouche was very tasty. As was... More

First visited in 2005. Wonderful little place. Went back 8 years later for 30th wedding anniversary. Food still excellent. Service impeccable. Limited choice, but always a sign of a good restaurant in France. Came away feeling like it was worth the trip to Strasbourg on its ow. 127 euros for 2, so not cheap, but we did have cremant, wine... Based on the Tripadvisor reviews we decided to book L'Eveil des Sens in advance from the UK for our first evening meal in Strasbourg as it was close to our hotel, giving the hotel name as the contact point. About an hour before our meal the restaurant phoned our hotel and asked whether we would like to sit outside or... More

We went twice to this restaurant. Proper service, the first night we ate at the top floor. was very romantic, proper couverts, tablecloth and cups. The food was amazing, and the selection of wines was exquisite. We were very well attended by older man with grey hair, young woman with short black hair and young guy with black hair. The... More

Very nice place with excellent food. The ambiance is wonderful and you feel like you're in your own living room. The only problem is that the staff does't speak English, so you get to eat what you have't ordered. But everything is delicious and whatever came to the table is great.

This small jewel is just steps away from Le Bouclier d'Or. We loved the innovative menu so much that we ate here 3 or our 4 nights in Strasbourg. When I see beef cheeks on the menu, I am in heaven. The dishes are beautifully presented and the desserts are irresistible. Because it is small, I would recommend reservations. The... More
