Very small place but yummy food!

I really enjoyed the food here even though the restaurant was full and pretty noisy. The decoration is really one of a kind and the food ideas are very original. Most of the food is "tartine" so a kind of sandwich with very creative toppings. I had the "tartine" with the goats cheese topping and... read more

Came here one evening for a main meal before the cinema, and was really impressed by the decoration and atmosphere inside - a unique place! I had the goat's cheese, honey and almond tartine which was incredible! Went back for dessert during the same weekend and was once again impressed by the service, and the chocolate and pear tart! Reasonable... More

We went here because according to trip advisor it's a cool place. They open at 11.30. When we arrived at 11.45 they said they were closed until we pointed out the time. We asked for help with choosing our brunch but it seemed like they were all hungover or something. No help, no service and bad coffee. However, if you... More

What a super little place this is. Great for filling up on various toasted delicacies and a delicious bowl of soup. We visited twice it was so good! Very friendly staff and good service. Brilliant!

Great place where you can eat "tartinette". They different choice. No so expensive. Badly, at that time the selection of wine was not so good. But great place right in the middle of the town.

This is a lovely charming place that does simple food very, very well. Beautiful bread with beautiful toppings. The specials are just as good as the regular offerings. And, the salads are small but yummy. Location wise it's very close to the vox cinema on Rue des Francs Bourgeois.

Our family had lunch at L'Epicerie and it turned out to be one of our favorite lunches of the trip. They serve hot and cold toasts, which consisted of of various toppings on top of a slice of delicious hardy bread. My husband had a farmer's cheese and jombon topping while the rest of us had a tomato , mozzerella,... More

Stumbled across this place entirely by accident but what a find! Decided to eat inside and was greeted by a friendly waitress. We sat down amongst the vintage cabinets and soaked up the very French, very Strasbourgian atmosphere, and ordered some beers. After checking the menu we also ordered some of the Tartines, we had a duck one and a... More
