We had an early dinner for four on the terrace. The location is lovely. By the river and across the street from the famous Tanner's house in La Petite France. The meatballs and spetzel were a real treat.

We had dinner here on a rainy night. Surprisingly, it was still packed on a Wednesday evening but we were able to score a table for three after a short 5 minute wait. Service and personnel were very good, friendly, and personable. The food was very good too! I had a different version of jambon and spaetzle with cream sauce... More

Great location in the Heart of Strasbourg. Very efficient Service, good tasting Food with a clear local flair - except: no Flammkuchen! The Ice-Cream portions are huge! Definitely a good choice.

Great outside place in picturesque Petite France. Very few cars, children can run around outside while you eat. Local cuisine in a relaxed fashion.

We weren't expecting much here but touristy food and a lively atmosphere. It turned out to be lovely evening… the Alsatian salad with sausage & cheese was a fun surprise and is big enough as a starter for 2. My burger with blue cheese & bacon was very good. The vol au vent was standard. We enjoyed that dessert came... More

Alsace is the region in France that closely borders Germany and has been a part of both countries numerous times, so the menu is a good reflection of those traditions. I've eaten here twice, and the food was fantastic both times; in fact, my family and I were scrambling to sample each other's plates. The menu has a wide range... More

Stumbled on this place wondering around the city . Great location and friendly staff. The comments on slow service must be at times when the place is full. I found them attentive and helpful, not slow at all. What the hell you are are on vacation relax a little. My food was great and the chocolate mousse was the best... More

The cordon blue with spaetzle is very good and the serving size is large. Bring your own sandwich bag to take home what you can't eat. The service is slow to very slow (even by French standards). Nice people, just very slow. I have been there three times, probably will not go back as there are other fine choices in... More

I've eaten at this restaurant many times over the last month and love the food and the atmosphere. Sure, the wait staff is a little slow but where in France are they not? The people I encountered were friendly and patient with my bad pronunciation of their French words. The best dish is the chicken cooked in a creamy mushroom... More

Beautiful spot for lunch in Le Petit France section of Strasbourg. Clever menu concept with many choices, helpful wait staff to the person with celiac in our group. Nice options from Classic Alsatian dishes to more modern dishes. We had chicken with mushrooms in cream sauce and spaetzle, hamburgers, salad, pigs knuckle, gazpacho, a broad range. Delicious desserts. Fun place... More
