Great mozzarella and tomato salad!

The salad with tomato and mozzarella (mini jupe) was awesome!! One of the best salads I've had in Europe. Server spoke English and menu had English translation. Despite that, it isn't touristy and the rest of our meal was good too. Careful with the Munster cheese--- stinky.

Perfect to sit outside on a sunny afternoon enjoying a drink and grabing some small food. we git lucky to get a table directly at the river - makes you love this city. Reservation is recommended esp. after 7pm. Definately a place to go!

Yes, I said it! Best burger in the world! It was so good, we went back the next day for more. It gets really busy around 7.30 p.m. Even with all the outdoor seating, we had to go away and return an hour later to be seated. Lovely view of the river if you get a seat outside. Definitely worth... More

Visited this place with my boyfriend for dinner after having it recommended. It is located in the Petit France area of Strasbourg and the outdoor sitting is great on a sunny day. It goes without saying that we were not disappointed. The service was wonderful and the food was excellent. Definitely try this place if you can!

Have a 'picon' beer (beer with orange bitters). They're incredible! Then, order a spaetzle dish (noodles/dumplings indigenous to Germanic areas) - it's the best I've ever had, and I eat a lot of spaetzle! Trust the French to perfect it! ;) If you want to be adventurous, try the beef tartar here (just be warned that it's a LARGE portion!!!).... More

Good environment, wonderful food, good staff in a really good place at Petit France. During our 4 days in Strasbourg, we've been there twice. During sunny days, they put tables outside and it's a really good place for a coffee. They do small plates for kids as well. I do recommend!

During our one day visit in Strasbourg we saw this restaurant while walking in Petit France area. The day was sunny so the outside tables were full but we tried the inside and we were lucky. This restaurant is situated in a fantastic spot by the river but the interior is beautiful too. The food was delicious (we tried a... More

Good food with plenty of choice and interesting setting very well situated by the canal in la Petite France, however the lunch service can be sometimes unpleasant hence the peak hours should be avoided. If you cannot be seated outside in the sun have a look and a seat inside for the displayed items which remind the former activities.

My sister and I went to have lunch at La corde a linge on a Sunday afternoon. It was bustling and seemed like a nice outdoor cafe. It took us a little while to get a waiter's attention to get seated (Seating was a bit of a competition with other guests) and it took a very long time to get... More
