very good food, great service and not too expensive

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior looked chique and cosy and the atmosphere was nice. Service was quick and the food we ordered was very good. Biggest surprise for us was the price. We had expected to pay at least 100 euro's for the food and drinks we had ordered but the total... read more

The atmosphere is good, the food selection is nice, the food quality for what we could experience was very good. The two floors make possible to actually separate the noisy groups from the quiet couples or pair of friends. Very appreciable.

We came here for lunch because it was highly recommended. The ambience is ok, food ok, but the staff are rude and inattentive. Food was dumped on the table and the waitress did not even give us some bread or water, which were offered to every other table around us. When we requested some bread, it was again rudely dumped... We were given the name of this restaurant by our Hotel and we arrived without a booking. Located in the centre of the old town of Strasbourg and close to the shops. We were looking to experience real French food and we were not disappointed. There was no English menu and there was only one young male waiter that spoke... More

Nice, small restaurant. Food is good. Starters are a little expensice compared to the rest of the card. Nicely decorated room. Warm interieur.

The restaurant has a nice decoration an very well located, in the center of the city. We reserved a table for Sunday evening, ordered the Day Menu. We had to bag to be served. The food was good. When ordering the dessert, they didn't have it.

The menu includes Alsatian specialties like foie gras and choucroute but also classics like hamburgers with an in-house twist. The wine list has an ample choice of Alsatian and other French wines. I was too full after foie gras and steak tartare with home fries, but the desserts looked scrumptious. The service was attentive even with a full house. A... More

We went there for our wedding lunch. The service is nice and really professionnal. The food was really really good and the wines served along the dishes were perfectly suited. Over all, the lunch is not so expensive (you can get a menu for less than 40 euros). I can't wait to try this place for dinner !

We went here for the plat du jour which was recommended to us. Last Friday it was terrine de volaille, then a small seafood cassolet with pasta on the side. Both were tasty and quickly and pleasantly served. The cost - 12.50 euros each. I then had a cafe gourmand at 6.50 which was delightful. The bill was inflated by... More
