Wonderful, atmospheric restaurant with great food and wine. One of Strasbourg's finest. Popular with MEPs and Commissioners, so it must be good!

We arrived expecting a short meal after a very long drive and found ourselves still there after 2 hours enjoying the food and wine. The food is uncomplicated and very tasty. The prices are very reasonable and found a very nice bottle of Santenay for Eur 39.

The food was truly great. Service was great until around 8 PM on a Tuesday when the place got packed with people and the service slid downhill very fast with only 4 people working. Still, a nice experience and would return despite.

The Pont des Vosges occupies lovely premises, old and classy, but neither the menu nor the food were at all exciting. It was very ordinary. I would not hurry back.

This restaurant, a sort of MUST in Strasbourg ( the owner Annie, already had another place before this one, I can not remember when she switched, but at least 21 years ago, that was an institution) is my favorite. The home made Foie gras is the best and with Vendange tardive (even per glass) is the excellent start of a... More

When we lived in Strasbourg, our apartment shared a courtyard with Pont des Vosges, so we could smell the food and see the cooks daily. My favorite meal there was the scrambled eggs with truffles, but their meats were always excellent!

Disappointing service but excellent food made up for this. If the service matched the food from the kitchen this would truly be a stunning restaurant.

We picked this restaurant for a first night's dinner because it sounded OK and was close to our hotel. Thank goodness we had a reservation as it was absolutely full, most likely due to the European parliament being in session. The food was good, especially the special and seasonal white asparagus with 3 sauces served as a first course. My... More
