From the moment you are received and followed to the table; menu options; arrogant service pushing anyone to understand french recipes to provide later a very low quality food. Bad prepared; tasteless ... Also dirty location. Dirty cutlery. . Very bad experience. .

We went on an afternoon tour of the wine road with Regioscope and our tour guide Chloe told us of ghis restaurant or we would not have discovered it. The restaurant is right on the river but away from the main hub. The ambience was outstanding both inside and outside. Although regional dishes were on the menu there were choices... More

Wow!! Best meal we had in Colmar! It is tucked back on the water canal nestled with greener and a scenic feel. The food and service were GREAT!!

Nestled beautifully along the canal of Colmar's Little Venice, this restaurant is a perfect treat for you to get the ultimate Colmar experience. Food: super delicious (must try the Chicken Cordon Bleu), and the Alsace wine selection: to-die-for! :D Oh, and the service that we experienced was very friendly and helpful. We will come again to this restaurant in a... More

Had dinner there at the end of December 2013, I had the Munster-filled cordon bleu and my partner had the Choucroute. We both loved our dishes, portions were big! We agree that the cordon bleu was amazing, tasty and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere is nice and location is lovely. Worth trying! I noticed the bad reviews from other customers... we... More

The three course vegetarian meal was delicious and attractively presented. I loved the honey glazed goat cheese and salad. The chef shared his secret of how to prepare it at home. We sat on a balcony overlooking the river. Very peaceful and romantic. I hope to return one day.

We had the three course lunch at Caveau Saint Pierre. The food was very good and plentiful - we were unable to finish the first two courses! The Alsacian pizza was excellent, as was the braised pork. The only minus was that the service was so slow that after two hours we were forced to leave without dessert! If you... More

This restaurant is away from the busy area of little Venice, but still with a terrace on the canal, just off the Rue de La Herse. There is a gondola point right next to it that is less busy than the other area if you want a gondola ride. Husband had frog legs which he thought were delicious. My trout... More
