Visited early evening on a Thursday before attending a concert. Service was good without feeling rushed, the waiter asked if we were going to the concert and a bit of humour and banter ensued ! The food was excellent ... There was a slight mix up with the starter we got the wrong bruschetta but as it was so tasty... More

Food was excellent and varied.....lots of choices to suit everyone, wine a bit pricey, best to order a bottle rather than a couple of glasses....staff who served us were VERY Italian, and when we asked what the specials were, it was a little difficult to understand what they were...but we got there in the end! Fast service.....and maybe...only a SLIGHT... More

We ate here with family and friends, for our wedding meal in January 2015. We didn't specify that it was for this special occasion when we booked (we like to be low key) but obviously they guessed and very sweetly gave my husband and I a free glass of Prosecco each. The staff are fantastic here and the food is... More

As a restaurant we'd heard good things about, my partner and I booked a table for dinner on Saturday night; the restaurant was packed full so definitely worth booking! We had a short wait for our table to be ready and had a couple of drinks at the bar: the bar staff are knowledgeable and fast; all the staff have... More

This is a great restaurant with a fantastic menu and wonderful service. The taster of home baked bread is a nice touch as well! We haven't been to Manchester for a while and wondered where to eat and then remembered this place and it didn't disappoint! The food was great, the wine was good and the service exceptional. We will... More

I had heard from a friend who had visited the Piccolino's in Chester that it was very good so I thought I'd try Manchester's version after the restaurant I wished to eat at was fully booked. When we arrived our table wasn't ready and we were asked to wait at the bar, which was fine as we ordered a drink.... More

This is the first time I've done a review and the first time I've been to this restaurant, we went as a group there were a large number of us and we preordered our food. I picked a aspargus dish but was unimpressed as I only had 3 asparagus tips as a starter and a pretty small portion size, the... More
