Had a sharing platter sausage combo, basically 6 sausages varying in flavour and texture they were nice and is a real caveman style experience with no frills, or salads to garnish, steak I had a rib eye with a lovely marinade and a mushroom sauce. Fries are an additional extra as a steak order is all you get again there... More

We booked early for a pre-gig meal and were looking forward to another great meal. As you can expect eating at 615pm, the place was practically empty so there was no atmosphere to talk about. In fact we were hoping it was quiet so that we could get and out in a reasonable time to get to the gig. The... More

I went to Gaucho with colleagues from work recently and interior aside the whole experience was average. The steak was quite fatty and the rest were dry, the starter was extremely over priced and were not what we expected. Far better restaurants in Manchester especially at this price tag!

This month, I took 6 of my business associates to Gaucho. The service was excellent, and the wine choices were suggested by the waiter, and they were great value. This is not always the case in restaurants! The menu is not the biggest, but all of the choices were first class, as we tried most of them on our table.... More

Have to been to Gaucho Leeds a few times so knew what to expect. Set in really nice building with very high ceiling, which, whilst grand in appearance does take some intimacy away from the experience. This is further highlighted by the way a lot of the tables are laid out in the centre of the restaurant. When we arrived... More

Has to be my most enjoyable place to eat in the city centre...the service is fantastic and the food will blow you away...the sausage sharer starter is immense and the steaks are by far the best in Manchester... Lovely for a special occasion or lunch xx

My husband and I have been to Gaucho on many occasions and the food is always faultless. We are both steak lovers and the steaks here are by far the best we have had. Great service and atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

The slow start was our table not being ready on time, then once at the table waiting 20 minutes to place a drinks order - only after a nudge to one of the staff i might add. BUT - they have the skill to make up for it, starter was excellent made up of black pudding and king prawns. Steaks... More
