We visited the restaurant today for a Christmas do of 14 the service as we arrived valet parking was a excellent touch Our server was extremely quick at getting the order not pausing to allow people to digest the menu our food arrived quickly and was lovely . I have visited the Riverside and Princess Street a number of times, the food is always excellent but you always feel like they want you in and out as quickly as possible. On my last visit to the Riverside we were asked by our waiter as he cleared our starter if we would like a break or main course straight... More

Had supper there last week. Food was very good but that attitude of the staff was unpleasant and most unfriendly. I did not observe a staff member smile nor being pleasant. I felt most unwelcome. The table across me had at least 10 customers and I observed how the waiter screamed at them asking the what food the diners orderedid.... More

Really wouldn't bother, one family member ordered a chicken masala and got given a hot madras witch was too hot for her to eat. When I pointed out their error they refused to replace or refund the order. Plenty of other places to go give this one a miss.

Whilst the food here was okay - it was nothing special! A lot of the dishes more or less looked and tasted the same. The only thing that is worth noting as been great is the really large naan. Other than that, this is a very average Indian restaurant.

Never been here before, but we all really enjoyed it. All of us tucked into the chutney tray and chapattis. Two had starters and we all enjoyed a fabulous main course each. The pilau rice was full of fragrance and flavour. I could have eaten a plate of it on its own. It was noisy and very busy even for... More

Came as a part of nearly 30. Food was awful, particularly the main course. They had not desserts to offer, but still charged us for the full Xmas menu.

Went here with a group of friends for xmas night out. The staff would continually interupt and lean over us while we ate. The order was messed up, leaving us all to eat courses at seperate times. The majority of the staff had bad attitudes, when we asked for service, they pulled their faces and stormed off with no acknowledgement... More

If you are looking for an Indian Restaurant in and around Manchester I would ignore the vastly overrated Curry Mile and head of the City Centre and eastZeast. I have visited the Riverside restaurant on a number of occasions over the past 10 years - both for business and pleasure. I am yet to have a poor meal and will... More

I often visit EastzEast in Whitefield. It's on my way home from work and the takeaway service is effecient and convenient more than anything. I booked EastzEast in Manchester for my staff xmas party. The bill for 28 of us was £850. The place was noisy, crowded, lacked ambience and had a factory feel to it. The food was completely... More
