We have tried most in Manchester, being locals, yet nothing has succumb this.we read the reviews and they are to be trusted. Honestly, no need to repeat everything said, just simply the best, never had so many king prawns ever, and wine and service superb. Enough said. X
Busy atmosphere sometimes. Went there a few times and it was always such a nice meal for a decent price! Definitely, top 3 in Manchester city centre.
Always use this after the theatre. Never disappointed. The service is always spot on. Never had the same dish twice and had some great food. Good prices, thanks again.
we went there as a group last night. We all absolutely loved the food. We had the seafood dim sum platter which was just yummm, monkfish dish and a seabass with green dish. The egg fried rice was a little bland, but the rest were probably the best Chinese I've had in england so far. Service was spot on.

I absolutely adore this place. Jenny (the boss) is constantly floating around making sure everything is perfect. Nothing is too much trouble and the food is simply amazing. A dim sum lunch with a pot of green tea is cheaper than a Marks and Spencer Sandwich and about 40 times healthier. The place is normally full of Asian/Chines customers -...

We usually end up in the rice bowl when shopping in the city centre. whether its for a quiet meal early on or a great relaxed-party atmosphere later on it's a great place to visit. The complimentary prawn crakcers with dips are a great touch followed by the crispy dim sum starter goes down well as does the duck!!! My...

Tried here after reading Trip Advisor reports - the food was very good and tasty - well worth a visit and would come back. The only comment would be around the rushed service, but that's only a comment and not a criticism as such.
We booked the restaurant based on previous reviews. We were seated quickly and order taken straight away and we opted for the set menu with a drink. The food came very quickly and was nice although the meat tasted manufactured. This was a pre-theatre meal and suited us as it was a quick turnaround but wouldn't suit if you wanted...

Another delicious meal at the Rice Bowl, we had the set menu which cost £21.50 per person, after hot & sour soup which was as you would expect hot!! we had spring rolls, sesame prawn on toast and seaweed, very tasty, we then had crispy duck and pancakes, not the biggest duck we have seen but still very good, we...
