Great food, terrible service

I know Saturday lunchtimes are busy, especially in the city centre, but you shouldn't make your customers feel rushed to be in and out as fast as possible. After queueing for 10 mins (didn't mind), we were seated and given menus. Exactly 3 seconds later another waitress asked if we are ready to... read more

Perfect food was brought out when ready yet it was good timing. You get warned food may not all come out together as it's made from fresh. Nice side orders and main dishes. Was lovely to eat somewhere little bit different. All staff attentive and friendly. Within the print works so places to go after your food.

We've been here before a few times. We always get great service. Good choice of food on the menu. We simply have favourite meals each, we always get he same thing- boring or not, we are happy with our choice. Don't usually wait too long, for lovely fresh cooked food. Far better than we could make it. Always opt for... More

We go here as a large group every year after comicon in Manchester is over and always love the fresh authentic Japanese food that lives up to its name! This year we came as a group of 11 and two of my friends got engaged =) The staff at wagamama were very friendly and ensured us to take our time,... More

Been to Wagamama's many times in the past and always enjoyed it, that is until today. It's the first time we've been since the change to the new cut down menu with its lack of old favourites and sorry to say for us the change is not for the better. The lollipop prawns could have been warmer, must have been... More

i was the only one from our group who had eaten at Wagamamas before and had to convince the other 3. They were blown away with the food and service. Staff took the time to explain what the menu consisted of, recommended what to have then came back to check you were enjoying. Staff were so pleasant, we had such... More

Saturday evening and just could'nt decide what to do for food before the concert so walked into the area around Victoria St. Found Wagamama ( know the chain from elsewhere). Went in and was seated immediately. No problems that I was on my own (what often happens in restaurants aaagh!)

Wagamama became recently one of my favourite chain of the restaurants. They are not expensive, well-decorated and what is the most important - the food is delicious! Service was great on my visit and I get everything I wanted. 2 mains + drinks for 2 just under 30 quid. It's really hard to beat it!

I'd never been before but this place had come highly recommended and we weren't disappointed. We ordered two sides along with our main and they came quickly; the Chilli Squid and Edamame beans, and they were fantastic, loads of them so in fact we hadn't finished them by the time our mains arrived. I had the Wagamam Ramen and I... More

The food here was excellent. Service was also very good. I had Chicken Katsue curry. It was so tasty and worth the money. For desert I had the coconut ice cream. If like me you are a coconut then this is for you. So amazing.you could actually taste the coconut..
