63 degrees has just relocated to a different part of the trendy (edgy?) Northern Quarter. The view is now much better - it was previously a rather seedy tattoo parlour, but is now a beautiful historic redbrick building facade. The food is unchanged. Gorgeously presented French modern classics, looking like works of art on the plate, and bursting with flavour.... More

This was our second visit to 63 degrees but our first at lunchtime and in the new location. I wasn't as impressed as the first time around although the food quality was still very good as was the service. What I wasn't as impressed with was the dining area itself which my husband and I found to be a bit... More

We visited here last night the first time since they moved premises. Absolutely lovely food. When I rang to book the table the person I spoke to went out of his way to accommodate us, even though they were full. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere.

Value for money is the real gauge of anything in life. What you get for how much it costs. This place isn't bad...with the exception of saw dust mackerel that was swiftly exchanged but the waiter. But it is far from value for money. I will not return or recommend in any way. £26 for 4oz of lamb with a chopped... More

We booked tonight on Open Table looking for places available at short notice. The venue is very nice and in the Northern Quarter vibe. The service, food and overall experience was great. Full credit to the kitchen staff, some of whom are very young but are turning out great food. The Creme Brûlée cocktail is a must try. Full marks... More

I visited for a short lunch break with a friend and had the a la carte option. The food was ok, but nothing exceptional (as you would expect for that price, comparing to other places in Manchester). I wouldn't give it a bad review because there was nothing particularly bad about it, but also nothing that would make me want to... More

We visited on a Tuesday to try the tasting menu. For £25 for 5 courses we considered this great value. The pea consume was lovely, light and refreshing and the Parmesan and quail's egg really added something different! The salmon was simple but tasty all the same, the red mullet was nicely cooked but the dish was quite average and... More

Visited on a Friday evening to try out the new location, having previously visited the old place around 18 months ago. Food was not good at all. Salmon starter was OK, lamb main had two pieces of lamb; one very, very rare, one completely raw inside. Left a decent chunk on the plate for the kitchen to inspect. Of course,... More

love this place, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly & knowledgeable and they have a wonderful wine list. Quite pricey but worth every penny.
