Lovely place to have your breakfast!

I absolutely love this tiny cafe place. I have been there several times and always I had an decent experience. The environment and the people that are working there are lovely. The food and the tea is really good.

I took my friend for her birthday treat and we were not disappointed. Staff I felt couldn't be more obliging or friendlier! We had couple of vintage cocktaiks and the traditional afternoon tea with prosecco and whiled away a couple of hours in there whilst it blew a gale outside. The music was fitting & only added to the atmosphere.... More

Popped along on a Saturday - naturally very busy, had to wait outside (in the hail) for a good 20 minutes until there was enough space to wait inside. Once inside we were seated very quickly, albeit downstairs (which unfortunately has the look of an early dementia suffering grandma's stale sitting room - faded, lacking natural light and a bit... This is a very individual cafe doing a good line in breakfasts. Well worth a visit - surroundings are unique and the food excellent.

My daughter and I were meeting a friend for lunch/afternoon tea, we had to wait outside for around 10 minutes but then invited inside by a very friendly greeter. We were seated downstairs, which wasn't as nice as upstairs and we were sat right at the back with a view of the restaurant and at the end of the room,... More

Tentative service, great food, cakes and tea. Highly recommend. Patience needed depending on time of day of arrival. 3pm on a Saturday required a 15 minute wait but well worth it!! Well priced!

We visited this lovely place for afternoon tea which is a rare treat but we managed to pick the perfect spot. We took our daughter who is gluten intolerant and she loved it all. The cakes and scones were lovely and we even all had a little lemon posset which was very refreshing. It seemed really popular and wasn't too... More

An extremely cozy cafe that is furnished like a traditional tea shop. A large selection of tasty teas and a choice of cream tea, full afternoon tea or foodier options, all served on/in mismatched retro china. A lovely atmosphere and quick friendly service. The place was so busy we had to wait for a table!

I'm always spend my day off in this place. I mean...the best atmosphere in the city centre. Of course I do not spend all Day there but for sure all the evening. the place is vintage and the staff is lovely. 5 star guys you deserve it.
