Authentic freindly and relaxed

Great little thai restaurant, unlicensed so pop to shop on way in, if you want beer etc..... Good menu for vegeterians and some great noodle dishes. Keen to return again to try a wider range of the menu . As a thai fan it does what it intends to, genuine, aromatic food Well done chok dee khap'

Been here a few times to eat now with a mixture of friends and my girlfriend and can't fault it what so ever, the staff are super friendly and the food is incredible. My girlfriend is vege, so finding somewhere to agree to eat is always difficult but with the amount of choice here it's a no brainer! Make sure... More

We're regulars at Phetpailin and love it. The food is authentic Thai and is spicy when it should be - very spicy if you have the yam woonsen!! The Bring Your Own element adds some fun and we always find the service friendly and professional. The menu is varied and every dish we've ever has is of a really high... More

As a Thai, the restaurant provides an up-to-standard authentic food, without alterations to the main ingredients. However, I suggest any visitor to ask the waitress regarding the meat in each dish: the traditional dishes are not always about free choices and some curries were designed to suit particular meat only. Do inquire which is the most suitable one before you... More

The restaurant has decent food with incorrect ranges of spice. Mild soup was extremely hot, even for me- hot meal lover. Stuff not prepared to serve in restaurant. Ugly room decorations.

An absolute gem of a restaurant 👌 very reasonably priced and the bring your own booze is great. We've been 5+ times already and every meal has been great.

Phet Pailin is a regular haunt of ours and it's great to see it is maintaining its high standard. I guess a downside of this is that it's getting difficult to get a table now but, after the food we had last night, that's no surprise. The tamarind fish was amazing, the green curry good and the prawns with basil... More

I was there to have a dinner. The place is small but comfortable. The staff are nice but honestly some of them they are not prepared to be waitress.I ordered two plates and the food was really awesome. I carried by own alcohol drink (because it is allowed) but I never had a glass and I had to drink of... More

Went with friends. Quality ingredients but I couldn't finish my meal. It was so heavy in oil I had to drain it before I could attempt to eat it. Everything else was saturated in salt and to add taste it was àddition of chilli.
