Since opening it's doors five years ago, Dough has been striving to push the boundaries with our creative pizzas. Our bases arrive in the building in the form of bags of , '00' white, whole-wheat & rice flour, olive oil and yeast, with everything on our menu made with extra helpings of love and completely from scratch by our own Dough chefs. These same chefs who are continuously playing with our recipes and toying with ideas to create the perfect Neapolitan style pizza. Award winning in our first year. Even better in our fifth year and still completely independent, we pride ourselves on the knowledge we have gained over the past 5 years perfecting our regular, gluten free and whole-wheat dough. We're not called Dough for nothing.

Extremely popular place in northern quarter

We needed somewhere convenient on the way to manchester arena and this place caught our eye. Plenty in and only a short queue just 3 or 4 mins and a very helpful young lady showed us to our table and in only a short time a waiter served us, the food and drinks all came in reasonable time & was... read more

I visited Dough this evening with my partner, after an amazing visit a year or so ago with my mum. I expected the same high quality food and service. We were both disappointed. We were seated next to the storage area for plates etc, and so had servers constantly (not an exaggeration) squeezing past us to get things, often standing... More

Friends and I (four of us in total) visited on Bank Holiday Monday and had a great experience. Despite not booking, we managed to get in where we were faced with a wide range of dough based choices. For starter, we all shared olives, focaccia with goats cheese and caramelised onion with tapenade and pesto breads. Maybe our eyes were... More

Really disappointed with the food here. Pizza was soggy and cold, then had a brownie for desert which was dry and inedible. If you are looking to eat in the NQ then head to Luck Lust Liquor and Burn.

Friendly welcome. Really pleasant, relaxed and lively atmosphere. Good service. Pizzas with a difference. Can't wait to go back again.

Each time we have been to this place we have left with just an empty feeling, this place is in a great spot and seems pretty busy but is this because of the lack of food on offer in the NQ. Very bland experience.

A group of us and our children went yesterday for a special celebration. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite. The food was spot on too. Everyone enjoyed themselves and would definitely return. This was the second time I've been, the first was for a night out with friends. Dough ticks the box for a good night out... More

Visited Dough for the first time on Fri evening. Really great decor and atmosphere. The waitress was really nice, tall girl with long brown hair. Surf and turf pizza was amazing. Nice dips too. Would definitely go back. Thanks

Been to Dough many times over the last few years and they always have a great choice of pizzas, even if your gluten free. The menu is updated constantly with crazy sounding toppings which are always tasty. Highly recommend booking if going at weekends as it gets very busy.
