Since opening it's doors five years ago, Dough has been striving to push the boundaries with our creative pizzas. Our bases arrive in the building in the form of bags of , '00' white, whole-wheat & rice flour, olive oil and yeast, with everything on our menu made with extra helpings of love and completely from scratch by our own Dough chefs. These same chefs who are continuously playing with our recipes and toying with ideas to create the perfect Neapolitan style pizza. Award winning in our first year. Even better in our fifth year and still completely independent, we pride ourselves on the knowledge we have gained over the past 5 years perfecting our regular, gluten free and whole-wheat dough. We're not called Dough for nothing.

Sunday afternoon meal

Just visited Dough in the NQ on the advice of our son & his girlfriend who is vegan. We often struggle to get her a nice vegan meal- no problem here. Lovely starters and light based tasty pizzas.Staff are very nice & didn't wait long for the food. Will definitely be visiting again.

A lovely visit to Dough Pizza Kitchen, We had the pulled pork pizza and the breakfast pizza, the food was hot and tasty. We will be back with my gluten free friends.

The Gnocchi tastes and feel like over cooked bread, the sauce was meant to be tomato, cream and red wine sauce however it tasted like bad shop bought pesto. The vegetables were over cooked and tasteless apart from the taste of sugar. The pizza dough was undercooked and tasteless, the toppings were too sweet. I have been here twice, I... More

We went to Dough for our anniversary dinner and did not have a booking. They were fully booked and when I asked the staff if they could recommend another gluten free place in Manchester she said "let's see what I can do" and we were sat at a table within five minutes. Delicious food, great service and I was able... More

went for a works party so had the £14 party menu. The starters were really good- a selection of garlic bread, antipasti, and rocket and Parmesan (or similar) salad. There was a decent selections of pizza, I decided on the sticky chicken- BBQ chicken with a refreshing salsa. It was well cooked, thin base, good size perfect, well except it... More

I've been here quite a few times over the years now (since I was a student at Manchester) and I love it. The pizza is delicious and I'm trying to work my way through the menu. What's great about this place is that it's really spacious inside, I've been when there was just 3 and of us and also when... More

I like how it's called dough, because this is exactly what they need to work on. Pizza base was chewy underneath and rock hard crusts. Tasted like pre made pizza bases that you can buy from the super market. Toppings were average, I was really look forward to this place. It was fully booked so we had takeaway, the 8... More

Came here last Friday in a group of 6, the service was great and although they has ran out of pork crackling starter the rest of the food was spot on. 5 had delightful pizzas topped with all sorts of inventions from breakfast pizza to Philly steak whilst I opted for salmon pasta that was tasty and plentiful.

Came by myself one evening with some free time and really wanted the salmon pasta but as non dairy as possible. Totally catered for me, never usually eat fish but thought I'd treat myself! Will definitely come here again, thanks! :D

We dined here today with a group of 4 adults and 3 children. This was our first visit having googled family/kid friendly restaurants. This seemed to stand out as being one of the good ones because they advertise and I quote directly from their website: The Dinky Dough menu allows kids to create their pizza and with the Dinky Dough...
