Since opening it's doors five years ago, Dough has been striving to push the boundaries with our creative pizzas. Our bases arrive in the building in the form of bags of , '00' white, whole-wheat & rice flour, olive oil and yeast, with everything on our menu made with extra helpings of love and completely from scratch by our own Dough chefs. These same chefs who are continuously playing with our recipes and toying with ideas to create the perfect Neapolitan style pizza. Award winning in our first year. Even better in our fifth year and still completely independent, we pride ourselves on the knowledge we have gained over the past 5 years perfecting our regular, gluten free and whole-wheat dough. We ate at Dough early on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was lively and the staff very attentive. There are a good selection of pizzas and a few other alternatives on the menu, and overall we were happy with our visit. Pretty good value for money and a good place to eat before sampling the bars in the Northern Quarters... More

We had lunch at Dough a couple of days ago. When we arrived about 12:30 the place was sparsely populated. We were seated and ordered a couple of 175 ml glasses of Tempranillo at £4:30 each After looking at the menus my partner ordered Fruits of the Sea pizza and I had the American with added Jalapenos and a mixed... When I arrived in Dough, I requested to sit in a table out of the way so that I could breastfeed comfortably, I was immediately told by the waiter that I could as long as I cover up. I was lost for words but when I asked if he was serious, he said this was due to previous complaints. I... More

This must be about the best pizza restaurant we ave visited. My wife and I chose it at random as it looked really busy. We were not disappointed - just about everything on the menu can be had gluten free and with my wife being vegetarian as well she still had plenty of choice. The pickled vegetables and goats cheese... More

Having lived in Manchester for 5 years I've visited Dough several times & previously been impressed with the delicious, reasonably-priced food & staff who made the experience feel special. Visited this evening with a friend we don't see often & to whom we'd raved about Dough. We were so disappointed. Despite booking a table we had to wait 4 mins... More

Me and my Girlfriend visited one evening as they offered Vegan friendly Pizza options. We shared a Pizza that had very tasty toppings and Vegan cheese (Big Bonus!) We also shared two generous portions of Parsnip chips and Pepperdew peppers and had 3 large Glasses of Vegan friendly Wine. The menu was clearly labelled and waiters were friendly and attentive....
