Good friendly pub good facilities and some nice Ales. I recommend a visit. We didn't eat but i think the food is good for pub grub.

All we wanted was a night away to unwind from the hectic day to day life we have, a nice early valentines break if you will. If there is an open fire and good food on the menu, away from the crowds it stands a chance of being perfect for us. My fiancée found The Red Lion and after a... More

Just popped in on a Sunday hoping for a light lunch. Thankfully alongside the usual menu and Sunday roast they had a sandwich menu - decent couple of bagettes and chips did the job. Cosy traditional pub with vaious bar/lounge areas. We were in the 'Smoking Room' with lots of nostalgia and pictures of locals on the walls and a... More

We received a warm welcome when we visited on a Wednesday evening and didn't have to wait long to be served as there were less than 10 people in the bar. There was plenty of choice to be had on the menu and the fish cakes we had for starters and the beef and ale pie (crisp pastry on the... More

A lovely cosy pub that's full of character. Staff were very friendly. Serves good pub food at standard prices for the area. Looked at the B&B accommodation here too and it looks absolutely lovely for the cost - so may be back!

Good food At reasonable prices and enormous portions. I've never had so much ham when ordering ham egg and chips. A bit chilly and bar person was complaining to locals about how many hours she had worked which wasn't very professional.

We have been in this cosy looking pub because of the interesting looking menu but Even After 10 minutes of waiting the waitress was too busy with her friend and her baby to Even provide the menu or ask what we would to drink. Even when we left She did Not Care...bye bye..

We ate here during our stay at this little hotel. The food was fantastic. Proper hearty British pub grub. Not to expensive, and the service was excellent. My partner had the stew and dumplings, the best he's had in many years... And the lemon tart was superb... These were the highlights of our evening, but everything was great. The young... More

We had beef and ale pie and a roast, both were big portions and very tasty. The staff where very friendly and chatty and the bill was reasonable. Best value for money in Campden.
