Great food and excellent portion size. Service was excellent. We had booked a table even though it was Monday night. Most of the tables were full when we got there. If back we would definitely eat there again.

B&B owner recommended Lygon Arms. Very old, traditional English pub. Food, drink, service, atmosphere were all fabulous. Exactly how I expected a pub to be in a small town in the Cotswolds. Lots of delicious food, meats, fresh veggies, desserts, you name it. Of course, don't expect to follow your diet. Felt like we were in a tv show about... More

An amazing old building, hotel, restaurant and pub. We visited last Monday evening for a meal. It is such a lovely place and was impressed with the inside as well. The highlight though was the lovely food. Large meals and very tasty. It was a good atmosphere and great staff. Try the lasagne or home made pie. Amazing!! Very impressed.

Our food arrived on huge plates with four side dishes. The bread to supplement I could only be described as door stops. The food is totally delicious but the feeling of so much waste, took away the pleasure.

We called in here this afternoon it was a nice bar with a very friendly bar lady who was very helpful with information on the area. We did not eat in here but the drinks were fine. It had lots of reserved signs everywhere for meals at 4pm which is a little off putting if you only wanted a nice... More

A great old pub with friendly staff and a good menu. The food is well cooked and substantial. We could hardly get through it all. Ideal place to stop and refuel if you are doing a lot of walking. They have beef and lamb from their own farm and source locally whenevr they can. The ingredients really speak for themselves.
