We had an excellent lunch with great service in the delightful courtyard. We intend coming back as soon as we can.

I can only repeat all the good said about Badgers hall. It was all and more for us we arrived one morning early to smell Smoked haddock and they said that they would do it for us as we are from Australia and to get the real thing is out of the question who and where would they do that.... More

Chipping Campden is a mecca for tourists, and there are numerous tea rooms and lunchy options along the High Street. I was there with friends in the mid-afternoon, and we stopped in for as much "tea" as we could order. The staff simply kept bringing tea and pastries of all sorts (apparently we had ordered extravagantly). Everything was excellent and... More

During our ten day break to the Cotswolds we had one solid plan: Have a great afternoon tea, and boy did the Badger Hall deliver! We decided to sit in the quaint tearoom surrounded by low beams, fresh flowers and a display of cakes that simply drew punters in off the street. We were served by a charismatic lady who... More

We had lunch and afternoon tea at this beautiful 18th century tea room. The weather was fine so we sat in the garden and enjoyed the sun. Service was very good and were friendly. The food was excellent and freshly made, good value for money.

After a fun morning of exploring Chipping Campden we stopped in at Badger's Hall Tea Room on High Street for a break. The tea room is everything that this Anglophile could want in a trip to the Cotswolds; low beamed ceilings, huge fireplace, a walk through the kitchen and past the Aga to the bathroom (fun!) We had the Cottage... More

Great food served in an atmospheric 15th century building on Chipping Campden's high street. Beamed ceilings, big fireplace (now used for displaying some of the items on offer), antiques all contribute to the setting. Lovely sandwiches, salads, scones, cakes and more. An efficient and accommodating staff. Reasonable prices.

Lovely quaint tea rooms with very friendly staff. I had braised beef in a bread roll so succulent. Sponge pudding and custard to follow beautiful. All washed down with a glass or two of white wine

We enjoyed our traditional afternoon tea with the sandwiches, scones and sweets. However, the service was extremely slow and harried. To be fair, it was a lovely day and they were busy both inside and out. However, they clearly didn't have enough people working there to service the tables. This detracted from what could have been a lovely afternoon tea.... More
