found this little café when, visiting chipping campden, the cream teas we had were excellent, especially the scones, but the nicest feature was the courtyard garden all though narrow it was full of lovely plants arranged well + a water feature made of teapots, cups & saucers. what a clever idea, such alovely area to enjo a cup of tea.

Great place. Service is excellent, atmosphere cosy and warm. Food superb, especially the scones. Yum. Quality produce. Such a great find. Could become a regular haunt.

My wife and i found the Badgers Hall Tea room when in Chipping Camden on Saturday. They offered cream teas for £4.95, a fair price we thought. We always ask if the scones are freshly baked when we have a cream tea because we have had some rough scones! We were told yes and they would be warmed slightly before... More

Young staff serving us on weekend and had to get someone's attention even though she wasn't doing anything. Poached eggs on toast by both of us and poached eggs had obviously come out of a mold and overcooked and on very thick bread. Time we went before was in the winter and freezing and when I wanted to go to... More

We were a party of 6 for tea but we came in at different times - within minutes of each other. When the whole party has assembled, the staff was a bit baffled as to how and what to serve?!?! They were a bit confused with the orders and food for the first 2 party. Nothing's changed but 4 more... More

Beautiful old building with a lovely patio out back. The best scones-to die for! Very friendly staff. A perfect place to take a break from exploring and enjoy the cozy atmosphere.

I can only repeat all the good said about Badgers hall. It was all and more for us we arrived one morning early to smell Smoked haddock and they said that they would do it for us as we are from Australia and to get the real thing is out of the question who and where would they do that.... More

Chipping Campden is a mecca for tourists, and there are numerous tea rooms and lunchy options along the High Street. I was there with friends in the mid-afternoon, and we stopped in for as much "tea" as we could order. The staff simply kept bringing tea and pastries of all sorts (apparently we had ordered extravagantly). Everything was excellent and... More
