Marvellous cream tea with fresh scones and sticky ginger cake!

We found this little gem last year and returned to find it just as good and just as welcoming to our dog digby in their little courtyard. On the hottest day of the year they had the brilliant idea of providing a large flask of cold water and plastic cups to help yourself! The homemade cakes and... read more

Morning tea? - no problem a great selection. Lunch? Now you are talking. I had the cheesy potato topped pie with vegetables. I just love it when hot food is served hot. I mean steaming hot. It is comfort food on a plate or in a deep dish. Great surroundings, lovely staff, fab food a full tummy of tasty traditional... More

Delicious home made food. I had a lovely soup and salad and husband had an unusual African dish called babootie that was scrumptious. Would have gone back for dinner if they were open!

Had lunch here last week on a beautiful sunny day and the courtyard at the back of Badger's Hall Tea Rooms was the perfect sun-trap. We had sandwiches and salads, cakes, cold drinks and coffees. All were excellent (the ham in the sandwiches was especially good). Staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem I spotted was that they were... More

We had the cream tea - the scones were delicious, and you can pick the type of tea you'd like. There was a table full of home made cakes that people were photographing as well. Great ambiance. A perfect spot to meet up.

My wife and I included Chipping Camden on our vacation to the Cotswolds. We stopped at Badger's Hall for lunch and it was one of the best meals we had while in the UK this time. I had soup and a sandwich and it was very well prepared, tasty, and a perfect size. We also had to have the traditional... More

We stopped in for the afternoon tea. The assortment of Scones and cakes was great. The service was prompt and efficient. There seemed to be a mix of tourists and locals.

Beautiful little tea room with lovely courtyard with a quirky tea pot water fountain. Badgers hall is set in the heart of Chipping Campden and serves the most delicious home made cakes and scones. Excellent service and friendly staff. Loved seeing one of the ladies refilling the water bowl for the dogs.

A brief snack or a full meal you will thoroughly enjoy in this great little cafe. The scones are a must and then have a go at the delicious cakes. If not coffee or tea try some real Ginger Beer ... It's ok as it is non alcoholic!

Best place to take tea, scones, cakes, sandwiches in the village. Amazing staff and food plus a real life dog! Just wonderful.
