We popped in here when touring the Cotswolds and had 'elevenses' and liked it so much we came back another day for tea! Very quiet and peaceful, cosy log burner, excellent home-made cakes on display and very good toasted tea cakes, crumpets and warm scones! Not for big noisy familes or badly behaved children (as you would live in fear... More

Looked for a nice place for a cream tea on our travels - the scone had obviously been reheated from frozen and the jam was generic sticky nonsense. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to the classic Cotswold cream tea experience. Didn't get it here! All felt a bit stilted, stale and old fashioned. No dogs allowed either (except... I loved the cream tea here, it was warm and cosy and the staff were friendly. Delicious! I would say that the rules and regulations on the back of ladies door is a misfire. You don't want to go to toilet and feel like you're being told off when you haven't done anything wrong. Take this down and you'd get... More

Yes, this is a nice tea room but am I the only person to object to the numerous rules and regulations concerning muddy boots, card fees etc etc. The rant on the back of the ladies loo door about the society we live in being disrespectful was too much, we are sorry that the cafe has obviously had some bad... Family get-together for 5 ... Great service, Great food and a friendly atmosphere. The interior is really cosy with a great open five ... we had a nice big round table which could comfortably sit 8 ... Whilst the food was more cold meats brochette style the food was very good.

We were not badgered at Badger's Hall Tea Room. Enjoyed High Tea with all the trimmings. Come with a good appetite. You won't be sorry. Bit pricey but such a lovely tea room, good service, yummy food and just the most picturesque Cotswold village. Put this on your must-do list.

We called in here today and we're delighted to have found such a lovely tearooms.
