Always good

When visit this little tearoom the staff are always helpful and friendly. They make a great lemon meringue pie but get there early as its a good seller.

I was here in April, while waiting to adopt a dog. I have had three dogs from here since 1991. The only problem is that I only go here when my dog has died and I need another, must try harder. Good place to get to know your possible animal after taking it for a walk. Unlike most cafes dogs... More

Everything is entirely homemade, wonderful home baked cakes and bread and homemade soups and quiches. They taste professional! Slightly overpriced but excusable since all profits go to the animals. Volunteers are friendly and service is great.

The staff here do a wonderful job and all are volunteers, which makes it extra special. The food is extremely reasonably priced and the portion sizes are ample- best of all, the volunteers are talented bakers and many of them regularly bring in home made cakes, biscuits and pies for customers to purchase. Spread the word and pay them a... More
