Good high standard food. Good atmosphere inside, well decorated. Menu changes often, allowing you to try a number of tasty meals.
We went to QSF for dinner last night (31st July), to find that it was their last night - it wil be closing permanently on 1st August! (although thankfully the sister operation, Quite Simply French, is staying open). We had, as always, a lovely meal- venison ragu with fresh pasta - totally delicious and amazingly cheap because of the "Early... More
Been here a couple of times for the posh burgers, they are pretty good and we left full.. Staff on those 2 occasions have been friendly, it's nice to have a jug of water at the counter so if you are on a tight budget you can avoid the over priced drinks (as is usual at most eating places) Quite... My partner and I visited this establishment today to order food to take away, and I'm sorry to say we were quite shocked at the service we received. When I enquired about what the salad dishes at the counter I didn't really get a response. The member of staff seemed reluctant to divulge any details. When I asked how much... More
In all honesty I should have reviewed this place months ago. I have always passed by this place but never stopped in. In my mind it looks a little Bohemian/Artsy Fartsy, or so I thought. We had a birthday meal and had a great time with friends and family. Took over the restaurant. We prebooked the food as a large number of people but couldn't fault it. The staff were very professional and we had a lovely evening. They couldn't do enough to help. Would recommend highly.
We've been here before and had good food and service but not this time. It was disappointing to say the least but the main problem was far too much salt ( big granules!) on several dishes making them unpleasant to eat. The fish cakes and frogs legs were overcooked and dry and the main fish dishes and the steaks had... More
We have been here for a few meals and in my opinion it just gets better. The Beat the Clock deal is brilliant (before 5.50pm pay £5.50, before 6.50pm pay £6.50). I had a beef bourguignon with mushrooms and bacon (huge portion and delicious); my partner had chicken caesar salad (which came with a poached egg and crispy bacon) and... More
Ive been here a few times now and it doesnt dissapoint!! First time I had the paella which im not sure if they still do now and it was ace! Now every time i go i get the deli board and its just gorgeous! Being a creature of habit I always get the creme brulee after as well which is... More
went wanting to try their food but when we looked into the deli cabinet some of the foods were wrapped over with cling film and were very dried out. The up right dessert cabinet had over wrapped cakes with cling film and were curled up at the edges. The waitress was very friendly but we wont be going back again... More
