Vintea's tearoom was opened in Park Street, Leamington Spa in May 2012, by Sam & Mary Morris. It is a quintessentially English tea room, providing a large selection of award winning loose leaf teas and coffees, locally baked cakes, scones, breads and paninis, all served on vintage china. Vinteas has a very relaxed informal atmosphere, the Nina Campbell Parakeet wallpaper is an excellent foil for Annie Sloan painted furniture and the 'vintage' music playing gently in the background helps complete the scene. So come for breakfast , brunch, lunch ... Or try one of our popular Afternoon Teas.

Pleasant enough

Took my mother here for afternoon tea as a little birthday treat. The room itself is pretty and the decor is pleasant, although looking a little tired in places. The first thing I noticed when I sat down was that the table was a little dirty. It had a glass top but i could see crumbs etc... read more

Fantastic afternoon tea. Lovely hosts and waiting staff who really went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Food was excellent - proper sandwiches with plenty of filling, good variety of cakes and the world's biggest scones. Plenty of tea in a massive teapot. Mismatched vintage china gives the place a quirky feel but it... More

My sister and I booked afternoon tea here on a very busy Saturday afternoon. After a tiny hiccup with not been served, the staff were wonderful and quite refreshing to see they looked like they were enjoying their work. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, the scones light and fluffy and the choice of which cake to have was a... More

Just returned from afternoon tea for my daughter's birthday and it was lovely. Plenty of sandwiches, scones, cake and a great selection of tea and coffee. You must book as it is very popular. Lovely variety of vintage crockery and cake stands and excellent service. Do try.

Difficult to put yes or no as "best meal ever had" as it doesn't fit that criteria. Also difficult to rate value as it was a treat from my niece. Pretty tea room with relaxed atmosphere. Good service in place and great choices for afternoon tea. Taken as a treat however would definitely go again. Had little chairs and table... More

Attractive, characterful tea rooms, informal relaxed atmosphere. Terrific range of teas from traditional to various green and white teas, fruit teas and coffees. A great range of cakes and other snacks to tempt. We had a range of cakes to share as we simply couldn't choose between them and they were all really good. Will be back to sample some... More

We were treated to a stylish, tasty 'brunch' by our lovely friends. Not knowing what to expect we were delighted by fantastic personal service and beautiful surroundings. The owners have gone to town on the chic decoration, typically English. Throughly recommend the 'brunch', totally lush mushroom soufflé, smoked salmon soufflé, delicious freshly toasted brioche. All presented in a creative and... More

This is a lovely quaint little tea shop, it's like going back in time with loose tea served in pots. Furniture & crockery are all sorts in keeping with the theme, makes it more interesting. We had a lovely scone with jam & clotted cream, sandwiches, & a large slab of cake to take away. I visited with my daughter... More

I've visited Vinteas many times now and each time it has been wonderful! With its slightly hidden location you would expect it to be a quiet little cafe but that certainly isn't the case.. Almost every time I've been in it's been full, with the majority of customers having booked! It's lovely that despite the busyness of the cafe, all... More
