Vintea's tearoom was opened in Park Street, Leamington Spa in May 2012, by Sam & Mary Morris. It is a quintessentially English tea room, providing a large selection of award winning loose leaf teas and coffees, locally baked cakes, scones, breads and paninis, all served on vintage china. Vinteas has a very relaxed informal atmosphere, the Nina Campbell Parakeet wallpaper is an excellent foil for Annie Sloan painted furniture and the 'vintage' music playing gently in the background helps complete the scene. So come for breakfast , brunch, lunch ... Or try one of our popular Afternoon Teas.

Lovely afternoon tea

I was taken here whe i visited my sister for the weekend. She had a voucher to use. Its a lovely homely place. We were greeted by a nice man who was friendly and gave us the option ofwhich table to choose. We chose the window seat and it was nice to look out at the world going by! We... read more

My girlfriend and I tried Vinteas having seen it highly reviewed on Trip Advisor. We both enjoyed the experience and found the food on offer to be good with very generous portions (particularly the ploughmans). The selection of teas on offer was also pretty decent and we received excellent service from the staff on hand.

As a vegan I'd never been out for a cream tea before, so when a friend recommended that this place did a vegan cream tea I had to investiagate. The sandwich fillings were a little on the plain side, but it was really good to have the full cream tea experience, complete with scone and cake. I was with my... More

Three of us had a great afternoon tea here yesterday. Remember to book for a Saturday afternoon as it was packed and people were being turned away. Food and drink as good as I hoped it would be, whether speciality tea or pink prosecco is your thing! I chose a gentleman's tea to focus on savouries whereas my friends went... More

What lovely food in such a lovely setting. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Depicts the perfect setting for a traditional Afternoon Tea and you get to take away your slice of cake if you can't manage it.

Consistently good food. Their Assam Golden Tips tea is delicious. Check out home made cakes, and you can take them home if you overface!

I've been to Vinteas several times and have really enjoyed it, but I think they lost the plot on this occasion! The service was friendly but very slow and the pot of tea - Margaret Hope Darjeeling - was really nice. However, the scones, which are normally warm and delicious, were cold, and the bread in the sandwiches was stale... More

Spent an enjoyable hour in here. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was really good, the scones were delicious. the only thing I think they could improve on is a slightly bigger serving of clotted cream. That said, I'll be visiting again, sooner rather than later.

14 of us had afternoon tea today. We have been before and always have a lovely time. Loads of choices of tea, lovely fresh sandwiches, a mouthwatering fruit scone and oh yes, another piece of cake (which you can take home if you can't fit it in!) Thanks to the team, they are very friendly and always helpful. We all... More

Went today for an afternoon tea and it was fabulous. Fixed price menu included sandwiches, drink, scone AND a wonderful piece of cake. Will be going again for sure :D
