I have been coming here for three years and it has always been brilliant. The staff are very caring of customers, and even if something goes a bit too pot it's worth the wait. Delicious teas and tasty food, it's where I take all my visiting friends!

Have been numerous times over last year. Staff always make you feel so welcome, including kids. Fab selection of teas, would especially recommend the mint Yerba! Lovely polish food on offer, hunters stew great. Apart from the slight smell of damp inside (it's an old building) I couldn't fault it, it's a little Jem!

I often come here to visit with my friends. The atmosphere is always relaxing and the staff are always nice. There is a wide selection of teas to choose from, they have good prices for a pot.

A really superb place to eat out. Fantastic choice of teas, and coffee is good too. Food is excellent and great value for money. Cooked freshly and beautifully served. Staff very friendly and helpful and there is no pressure to get moving. We meet regularly as 'girls who lunch' and have never been disappointed.
