Went for lunch with friends and the greeting from staff made you feel like old friends . The variety of tea is just amazing and you are spoilt for choice . The food as always was excellent. Had the chicken wrap and can't believe how much was packed in it . The honey is Devine which I believe is sourced... More

It's been a while since my last visit to the Tea House and whilst the food was still pretty good the menu has not changed over time. I guess the teas are the stars of the show so maybe that's the reason why but it would have been nice for something a bit different. We ate downstairs and I have... More

My daughter and I had tea (of course) Friday afternoon at Mystery and we thought the whole atmosphere was soooo relaxing. My daughter had one of the blooming teas and it was fascinating watching it through the' novel' glass teapot, as it came into full flower. Myself, I opted for a yummy chocolate and caramel flavoured tea which came in... More

Visited The Mystery Tea House today for lunch with a friend. I decided to keep an open mind and go ahead with the visit as I had read the mixed reviews on here. I'm glad that I gave them the benefit if the doubt. I really liked the atmosphere/ambience ... it was warm and friendly and our waitresses were chatty,... More

Went for lunch to the teahouse as hadn't been for quite some time. The place is as lovely as ever although I found it had lots of 'stuff' around which made it all look rather untidy. Service was slow but I didn't mind that as we weren't in a rush. The tea was lovely and the food tasty and as... More

Beautiful teas, lovely calming ambiance, delicious food including vegetarian and gluten free options, yummy cakes and run by the nicest people you could meet. The Mystery Tea House does not disappoint.

Such an amazing choice of teas - I had chai and my husband had a house special. We both loved our brews. We also had lunch. A toasted New York sandwich and a baguette which were fresh and very tasty. All in all very reasonable price too. Will definitely come back - just wish I had found this place sooner!

Been here several times, just to try some of the great choices of tea they serve, staff have always been overwhelmingly friendly and efficient, have not tried the food yet but the menu appears good. Great place to try a new beverage.

A lovely little place. Had soup and roll and mango iced tea, delicious! Worth a visit. The service was brilliant and staff were very pleasant indeed. Reasonably priced too. Offers a wide selection of tea and also sell tea in small quantities to try at home. Decorated in earthy colours and very clean.
