I usually avoid chain restaurants. But having eaten in Zizzi in the Metrocentre and enjoyed it we came here as we were going to the cinema along the road so we wanted pizza, we had tickets booked for the cinema, pizza and cinema go together in my book. Walked in on a Saturday lunchtime in September 2014 no reservation, warm... More

Normally hate chain restaurants with a passion but we are completely won over by the friendly service, clean and airy decor and good food at this Italian. So much better than all the others but cannot vouch for other branches of this chain.

This was a friends pre birthday dinner utilising her birthday voucher from Zizzi. The restaurant is nicely laid out with a pleasant ambience. Our waitress was excellent making sure that we got best value from the voucher - you get a free main course and if there are four of you a free bottle of Prosecco. We were a party... More

We went here for our works Christmas get together, there were about 20 of us and the restaurant was fairly full I personally wouldn't have chosen this place as I am not too keen on Pizza although I don't mind Pasta The service was quite good and the company very good. The food was OK the chicken was very nice... More

Food is not bad although it highly depends on the chef cooking it. We used to go every weekend and could always tell which chef was cooking it, until I once was served very uncooked chicken whilst being pregnant and haven't been in since.

I visited Zizzi with some business colleagues when staying in solihull last week. Service was attentive enough, food decent. We ordered from the Xmas menu (£22), which included starter, main, dessert and prosecco. Very reasonably priced I thought. The anti pasti starter was very good, as was the chicken main course. I've ate at various other branches of Zizzi around... More

The menu looks OK but the food is poor due to the (obvious) cheap, sub-standard ingredients used. This is poor value for money. The service was also poor - the staff didn't look interested. The directors of Zizzi should visit Carluccios to see how a chain restaurant can consistently deliver good food with high quality ingredients.

Lovely food, my partner and I don't usually eat in high street chains as we tend to try something a little more adventurous , but I must say I will be returning . The fish was delightful and we also tried the king prawn linguine which was just as good . Worth the visit , for those who love prosecco... More

We were at Zizzi's for the first time, either at Solihull or anywhere else. We liked the decor especially the mural painting. We had a warm welcome and the service was fine. I had chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto with fried new potatoes and green beans. It was ok but the presentation was very ordinary. I would have expected a... More
