I've just stopped on my way through and came across this smashing little place. Good atmosphere - love comfy seats music and books newspapers, food was tasty with lots of choice and staff extra friendly - very good. Big recommendation from me.

Had lunch here on recent visit to Tewkesbury and really enjoyed it. Tapas shared platter was delicious, coffee excellent, service jolly and friendly, decor tasteful. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Stumbled on this place by chance whilst breaking our journey to the Three choirs vineyard. The restaurant was welcoming and smelt of good coffee. The tables and chairs are a mixture of all sorts, old school, antique etc. the breakfast menu is varied and interesting. My friend had the dirty pan, which he relished. I had scrambled eggs which were... More

This does not look particularly appealing from the outside but once in its friendly, very spacious and with something for everyone --- from café, to restaurant, to pub. It feels very relaxed but I must say the service was quick, polite and genuine. Food was very good --- a Sunday lunch but we did not want the roast. Steak and... More

We stayed on a Sunday evening and thought we would struggle for a place to eat. Theoc House was great for the food and a pleasant atmosphere. They had a pub trivia / quiz event that certainly drew a good crowd. It was a GBP / pound a person, and we were a foreign team of two. We paid, and... More

I was passing through Tewkesbury and was meeting up with friends and we decided to go to the towns new establishment which had been recommended by friends of ours. Was greeted with a smile from the girl behind the bar and served promptly with our drinks order. We ordered a selection of tapas from the menu and we were all... More

We ate here after running the Tewkesbury half marathon. Atmosphere was good, the restaurant was reasonably busy, staff were helpful and friendly. My partner had Sunday roast with beef which he said was OK (but it looked 'mushy' to me), I had vegetarian stack burger which was dreadful. Shame because as other reviews have said, this place has potential but... More

We found this bistro / bar by chance, walking along the street in Tewksbury early evening. The bar has a mixture of tables and couches and has relaxing background music at a level that does not inhibit conversation. There is a good variety of food on offer from crocodile burger to tapas, rack of ribs to sea bass as well... More

Given the reviews we were expecting a lot more. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The food however was average. We had Sea Bass and Burgers and two children's meals. The children's meals were the nicest of the lot. The burgers looked lack lustre and over cooked, the sea bass was OK but someone in the kitchen... More
