Good Sunday carvery lunch

We were there for the Sunday carvery lunch. Surprisingly quiet at 12.30pm with only one other table occupied. The carvery lunch is priced at £10.95. There is a buffet counter at the front where you get 3 choices of meat: gammon, beef and turkey. Then there were a selection of vegetables like peas... read more

We visited the wharf on a weekday lunchtime and I must say how impressed we were ... The food was delicious and beautifully presented and so was the service. Will definitely be returning here! Lovely atmosphere too :)

Visit often with my partner and my daughter bar staff friendly and helpful always busy but never have trouble funding somewhere to sit as there are plenty of seating inside and out , nice to chill outside on the decking over looking a lake or inside for lunch over all great food and drinks ,

Came here on Sunday for lunch. Was a lovely hot day. Sat next to the river. Had Italian chicken ciabatta and a glass of wine. Husband had whitebait and daughter had the special, pulled pork ciabatta. All in all a very nice place to go for lunch.

A great welcome from the staff and great service food was not exceptional but the usual pub food. Carvers 3 meat roast unfortunately the beef was overcooked although the other 2 meats were good. The Belgium waffle was also overcooked obviously by microwave. As bed crispy in the middle. The Wharf is in a great picturesque place by the lake... More

Very nice evening meal from a menu that has some different things to standard pub fare, but the staff had no personality and not one of them asked whether we had enjoyed our meal.

Went here last week in the evening. Firstly was surprised given its location how empty it was? The food was poor quality for most of our group. I had chicken skewers and roasted pineapple but it was not pleasant. The Eton mess that two of our group ordered were very poor, little fruit, and what appeared to be squinty cream!... More

Over looking the man made lake on the business park this mock tudor property caters for all tastes. Seats outside are clean with a balance between shaded and non shared areas. Food is tasty, hot and of classic British Fayre. Recommend Chefs meals on right hand side of menu.

We had to stay at the Dartford Hilton for the night and did not fancy paying there bar prices so walked to the Wharf. The welcome was good and we had a bar meal which was very nice and reasonably priced.
