Excellent Service, Food and Setting

This place was fantastic, lovely atomsphere, excellent food and really great service. Bubble and squeak, bacon, poached eggs and hollaindaise was gorgeous, coffee was great, toast was proper, rustic fresh bread and prices were really good value.

Have been before for breakfast and I can only reiterate the positive comments. It is a very good English breakfast, hard to beat in Muggleton, fresh, with super ingredients and a very pleasant homely atmosphere. This time we went for a late lunch snack and coffee - excellent strong flat white (points for that!). But the star of the show... More

As we only had breakfast on this visit I can only review their breakfast menu, which was excellent. They are also conscious of the needs of coeliacs and my daughter has eaten here on many occasions with side effects, so their kitchen is not only clean but also well managed with no cross contamination of ingredients. I will be going... More

Visited for breakfast with my 4 year old after reading all the positive reviews. They are correct this is a lovely little place in the heart of the town centre with great service in a very pleasant setting. I had the full English breakfast and it was cooked beautifully with the most tasty sausages and bacon that I have had... More

Tried something new at the Living Cafe on Tuesday. Bubble & squeak, eggs and bacon, with a side order of delicious chunky chips. Very bad for the figure, but I felt like a treat. They also offer bubble with eggs & smoked saImon. I love the fact that they serve free-range food (the eggs really do taste better). I didn't... More

Can across this lovely little cafe, beautiful home cooked food, best chips I've ever tasted, home made brownies are the best, definitely recommend, makes a change from the big brand restaurants, will be back soon

Very crowed dark cafe with quite inferior over priced food and bad coffee. Would never inspire me to come totally veggie vegan, though am a lover of both. We excited when I discovered the option but then swiftly disappointed.

Nestled among the big chains is this little gem with cheerful and friendly staff. We enjoyed ploughmans, toasted halloumi and chicken sandwich. Coffee and chocolate milkshake also went down well. We will certainly be back when next in Maidstone and happily recommend it.
