A birthday celebration. Meat eaters catered for admirably but vegetarians were left wanting. The food was poor and sparse. Left restaurant hungry. Despite my starter requiring no cooking, only olives. It was forgotten. Had to remind staff. Drinks were expensive. So disappointed with the evening.

This restaurant is very easy to find and is conveniently located. A warm welcome was received on arrival, and I was immediately seated. At first, the atmosphere seemed quite pleasant, the lighting was a bit "in-your-face", but overall was nice. I was then handed 3 menus, these menus were made from paper, and once I held them, I realised that... More

On the two occasions we've been to Brasserie Blanc, the food and service has been excellent. The costs seem about right for this standard of restaurant.

My husband and I visited Brasserie Blanc in February for dinner and had a fabulous meal. The staff were attentive and polite and the food – absolutely fantastic! We started with the chicken liver parfait with truffle butter, red onion marmalade and toasted sourdough and the coastal cheddar cheese soufflé – both of which were perfect. Main course was delicious... More

Fantastic food, wine and service. Expected pricing for quality. Only issue was that our side orders were served on dishes that were too small and lead to half of my orders ending up on the table. Other than that 'small' issue, we had a fantastic and memorable and will definitely go back, more than once.

Love this place but don't get there often enough. Welcome is good & staff always friendly & helpful. A glass of wine doesn't cost the earth & neither does the food. Recommended for lunch & dinner.

We enjoyed the three course set menu - 2 course also available, with a choice of dishes. The starter we chose was warm potato and chorizo which was very tasty, almost like Spanish Potatas Bravas. Followed by smoked haddock risotto with a poached egg on top. This was lovely and perfect for brunch with a friend. We had fruit crumble... More

Visited this restaurant on Friday for dinner, just myself and husband. We were greeted straight away and taken to a table, where our waiter Mikey introduced himself. Mikey provided us with out-standing service and his knowledge of the wines was excellent and we actually tried 3 before we decided which one to buy. Manager for the night Lewis (covering for...
