Had a great experience at Wagamamas on a busy Saturday night. Food was excellent and served extremely quickly. The vegetarian food we had was flavoursome and filling. Could not recommend this place enough to other veggies. But the delight of the evening was the service. Our waiter Cameron was incredible! Extremely good at his job. He quickly got anything we... This branch is normally good. However we tried the firecracker prawn dish as a take-away. There was just 5 small prawns in it! Rip-off! There wasn't as much sauce as there is normally too. Shame.

Good food , fast service . Whole of the family enjoyed it. Small queue outside the building when we arrived but we were very quickly seated . Lovely family atmosphere at 6pm on a Saturday .

When this restaurant first opened in Basingstoke we made a mistake in our selection of dishes and were a bit disappointed. So it was along time before we tried again. On the second visit we put our trust in the waitress and she listened to our likes and dislikes and made recommendations which really hit the spot. Since then we... More

We went for an early dinner before the Brit Floyd concert. My wife's first Wagamama visit, and my second. Even though the restaurant was very busy, the service was quick, and the food fresh and so tasty. Our only criticism, understandably on the occasion, was that as newcomers we were not given a lot of time to read and absorb... More

My husband was in the hospital at Basingstoke -prior to his stay we both went and had a lovely meal - I`m familiar with Wagamama and the standard seems to be maintained wherever the location.Whilst my husband was actually in hospital I stayed in a local B and B and had takeaway meals on two separate occaisions - I asked... I went here yesterday again with my partner and the food was lovely! One of the best restaurants in Basingstoke! They have changed the menu since I last visited and they have put some really lovely desserts on there! Breadcrumb banana with salted caramel ice cream! Really really YUMMY! Definitely recommend!

If you are going to dine here, be prepared to become very friendly with those sat next to you, on the same table- but don't let they put you off! The food quality is very good. If you like a bit of a "chilli hit", try the firecracker with chicken- it is out of this world!

Visited Thursday afternoon, during half term. Serving person helpful, gave extra information to help us select a meal. Food was great, delivered promptly to the table and tasted. Toilets Clean and tidy. Good central location. Slight criticism is I feel restaurant is becoming a bit pricey, we were encouraged to order large smoothie..they were £4.50p each, although delicious wouldn't have... More

Very impressed. Very nice food and excellent service. Seated very quickly even though it was 8pm on a Friday night. It was busy (and noisy) but the eight of us all were in and out within about an hour and a bit.
