We visited on bank holiday Monday for the first time and although we did enjoy our meal, felt something was lacking. The restaurant was busy and we had a short wait, but were seated quite quickly. The staff were quick and efficient, although it may have been nice to have been asked if we'd been before, or needed any help... More

We were planning on eating at Wags as usual after a mornings shopping. We were a group of five and we were in the queque and happy to wait... Until the waiter let a group of seven have a table before us. Such bad service that we decided to eat elsewhere. A shame as we love the food but it... More

Been many times but only just thought to review following our last visit when the staff were even more accommodating than usual. The pulled pork gyoza absolutely rock!

I'm in the middle of my famous chicken Katsu curry and had to stop and write on here as we are having an amazing evening. Mainly due to the friendly, welcoming waitresses/waiters! Very quick service and generous portions (of pickles!!) which is brilliant as my sister and I love them!! Overall service was exceptional, lovely to see in such a... More

Great food, as usual, really good quality and a good healthy portion size. However the service was a but slow as it took the waitress over 20 minutes between taking our drink orders and our food orders. Other than that very recommended for something different for dinner

I visited Basingstoke Wagamama with the family. I was sceptical at first, but decided to give it a try, as the family all love eating there. I have to say that I really enjoyed the meal. I had a chicken dish with rice, a great selection of fresh stir fry vegetables in a lightly spiced sauce. We did not have... More

you want something different from the usual European type menus (French, Italian, USA, etc ) why not give Wagamama a try? That was our thinking, and it certainly paid off. Just about everything was different, or the "Wagamama experience" as they put it. Bench seats which were more comfortable than they look, "Japanese" kitchen on show, chopsticks etc. all make... More
