Find the spaniard?

Really, really good tapas, at a great price. Not a spaniard in sight, owned by a lovely Turkish guy, staff really helpful. We spent a good couple of hours enjoying the tapas and the sangria. It was a bit noisy, but a great atmosphere. I think we paid around £15 a head, eat as much as you want... read more

This place is a complete joke. I would not waste you time effort or money in this pathetic excuse of a resturant. The food is neither fresh or authentic. Many of the dishes are microwaved and or reheated. Everything is referred to by a number. If you've recently been released as a guest from one of the local establishments owned... More

Having dined at La Salsa a few times on birthday occasions I have thoroughly enjoyed each visit, there is a huge choice of tapas and things for each preference each dish hit the spot! The staff are friendly and food arrives in good time, the menu is a good price and you get what you pay for. I will be... More

Went here on 30th december as a last minute change. Glad we did. Food was great with good service and the pkace had a lovely atmosphere. Two little niggles stopped it getting full marks. I had to disagree with the waitress over what day of the week it was as she tried to charge weekend prices on a wednesday, and... More

Why this little restaurant isn't full to overflowing every day is a mystery to me. Great tapas, good variety as well as the staples such as patatas bravas and paella they do wonderful steak fajitas and prawns. The lunchtime early menu is great value at £11.95 for as many tapas as you like. The staff are friendly, courteous and smiling.... More

I have just called this location again for a Christmas menu as it still has not come through the post, a female answered the phone and said she would send one out and I continuerd to give her our company address, she seemed to be taking it very quickly so asked her to read it back to me, she hung... I am so disappointed to read this review. I can only apologise for this experience. I would like to clarify that your booking was for La Salsa Original, Bridge street in Bolton town centre. We have decided to leave the menu as is this year. So we will have the Normal Menu for parties under 8 people and the Normal... More

Visited as part of a group of 12, it had been a while since we last had a meal which was a very disappointing experience. Checked in advance if we were able to order from the standard menu, (which caused all the problems on our last visit). Seated promptly and served straight away, absolutely lovely waitress, food excellent, service superb.... More
