First time at Nick's Chequerbent. Very pleasant staff. Had soup and sandwich for £7 and what excellent value. Vegetable soup was nice and piping hot and was a little spicy. I had a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. My first impression is that this place is a cut above. Excellent all round.
