This is a clean, comfortable Indian restaurant, serving a good range of curries, including some house specials not found elsewhere. Our group of 4 were all happy with our choices - each one tasty in its own way. The only problem was that we had to wait quite a while to be served while take-away orders were dealt with. The... It was a great welcome by the doorman. He took me to his seat and he was very polite. However the food took ages to make and I found a hair in my plate. The overall evening was alright but I wouldnt recommend to anybody seen as the onion bhajis were cold because they were not delivered on time. Also the chicken... I went back to this restaurant with my husband & friends hoping it would be better this time. On a positive note lovely & clean, staff very friendly & attentive. Now for the negatives, starters luke warm again & not a lot of taste to it. Main course okay chicken a bit stringy. It is a shame because this used... More

I have never been disappointed with takeaways from here, the food is generally well cooked & tasty, there is also quite a lot of it although I would like a couple more pieces of chicken in the Tikka Masala. The staff are always friendly & I'm happy to order my takeaways fro here.

I went to this restaurant a couple of weeks ago with some friends and to be honest I have nothing special to say about it. It was a Friday night, it wasn't very busy but yet the service was very slow. The food was ok, I had the Madras which I found a bit blant. The bill came to £30... More

We were staying locally before flying off on our holiday and decided to eat here. The food was very good and we were very pleased with our meals. Service was excellent. A very enjoyable and good valued evening.

This was a take-away order, but it was the poorest Indian I have bought in ages. Only three items: the chicken tikka jalfreezi had plainly never seen a tandoor, and incredibly bland - one of those dishes that had had heat but no flavour. The garlic naan was quite weakly flavoured. The special rice was satisfactory but average. £15 for... More

To celebrate our wedding anniversary my husband ordered a take away for us. Beautiful chicken passanda, with large pieces of chicken and beautifully creamy sauce, easily enough for two meals for me. Really tasty sag aloo too. The staff always remember us and our two (now three) children. One of the friendliest takeaways.
