Eight of us met for lunch here, food was lovely - only one complaint that there was no brown sauce! The waitress was brilliant and spent time refereeing heated discussion about Captain Pugwash. Will definitely return and perhaps try others in the same chain

We regularly go here for both lunch and dinner. We like the variety on the menus and especially the seasonal changes. As regulars we like to know that there are specials on as well. Never had a bad meal, but do recommend booking as it is often very busy.

I found the Hillside Inn on Trip Advisor when I was looking for somewhere to eat in the Crawley area. It was a Sunday night and relatively busy but this didn't stop them providing swift and friendly service with good hand pulled beer and tasty food. The portions are slightly 'nouveau' and those with a larger appetite may want to... More

We dine here quite often and visited recently for Sunday lunch expecting the usual high standard of meal but were rather disappointed. I really don't like writing critical reviews but this time the food could only be described as average. The service was good and staff friendly and polite.

I love the Vintage Inn Menu. The food is rustic and tasty. Always large portions. I recommend the chicken, ham and leek pie or beer battered fish. The interior is stunning and so old English. If you're looking for a warm atmosphere and a traditional old English pub, then this is it.

Paid for the new years eve which included 4 course meal and entertainment. The evening was very flat with no atmosphere, we finished our meal at around 2130 but the band did not start playing till around 1030. So we where just sitting around twiddling our thumbs. It would of been a nice idea if you had arranged for maybe... More

My wife and I and two friends visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch three weeks before Christmas 2014. Three of us ordered the roast beef wihich the menu started was 28 day aged best topside. The meals appeared within minutes which I thought a bit odd. The meat was impossible to cut into. My wife and her friend asked for... More
