Never met a landlord so keen to run us through all the options on the menu and they certainly seem to have some great ideas and enthusiasm to keep improving things. The naan bread sandwiches are delicious especially the ones with authentic indian fillings. Will be back for lunch on a regular basis!

Recently stopped in Crawley overnight with my wife and 3 daughters and decided not to eat at our Hotel as we like to go out and experience the local area. I searched on tripadvisor for local restaurants and eventually chose The Greyhound based on their more recent reviews. The visual appearance of the pub upon arrival was very nice, as... More

This pub has great atmosphere. The welcome was warm, the cider cold. Food is simple honest "pub grub", well cooked at a good price. No airs or graces this is a pub at its best. Recently taken over by the landlord, a real attempt has been made to turn this into a popular local watering hole. Go there you will... More

Stopped off for a pint on a warm evening on my walk back to my hotel. Not too much I can say apart from it looks like a nice enough pub. Nice seating area outside where I passed a half hour.

Just popped out for a drink on Sunday afternoon, having driven past several times I thought we'd give it a go. Nice pint of San Miguel for me, had my wife's rum and a goal in the garden for the boys! Perfect!

I've visited the pub, twice in the last two days on business and it seems to me that this Greyhound has more bark than bite. Whilst not an awful pub, the quality just isnt there to give anything more than 3*s. Mainly, the food is of a poor quality, but the waitering is also as poor. It seems that the... More

Stopped in here for a quick pint after karting nearby, clean and tidy pub run by very friendly staff, the smell from the kitchen was so good that 3 of us decided to indulge in what we thought would be a snack. I opted for the Chicken Chilli Nanwich. And I have to say it was absolutely divine. Its a... More

Went here for Sunday lunch with family while staying in Sussex last weekeend. Huge portions and I was pleased to find so many vegetarian choices, even on the children's menu. Really great value for money. Delicious food. Excellent service. Can't fault it really - we would return.
