Starters better than the mains .Hugh choice , suggesting much is prepared or out of the freezer or both..... Had a new sizzler dish , king prawns in tandoori paste with lots of onions and sweet corn ,13.95 tasty but poor value . Curries tasty but a lot of cheap packing in the the food (onions and sauce) .Gets away... More

We have been a few times to this curry house, the starters are lovely, fresh and tasty, but the curries leave a lot to be desired. My children had a chicken tikka masala and there were only 4 pieces of rubbery chicken in the sauce, and it was £6 each!! The mixed balti was bland, the sauce was grainy and... More

Came here with some friends on their recommendation. Oh my the curries are to die for. Really tasty and plentiful in portions. Great service too.

Visited with family on a busy Saturday evening. Our curries were delicious especially those from the Chef's Recommendations. It was a shame that the mint sauce accompanying the poppadoms was very watery and tasteless. Service was a little slow and the waiters could have been more attentive but the restaurant was fully booked with large parties. An added bonus that... More

A small restaurant but seemed busy enough - even at 6pm on a week night. I had the onion bhaji with naan bread and chicken balti. Naan was hot and light and the balti was a good -sized portion. Good selection of dishes and take-away service too. Check out the wall paintings - The Ironbridge has good detail.

We were staying in the area and looking for somewhere nice for a bite. The EEB looked lovely from outside so we went in. Tables were set up and the interior was modern and fresh. It seems like they are more used to take aways as the waiter seemed a little bemused at us requesting a table at first but... More

I do not like being ripped off for alcohol in restaurants so an unlicensed establishment that encourages you to drink is great. The staff are very relaxed about drinks being brought in and offer glasses and will open bottles for customers. There are 3 shops selling wine and beer within 50 yards of the east End Balti, so plenty of... More

No drinks licence, but really good Balti curry. (one of the best Ive had in a couple of years) My wife had Tandori and we shared a well cooked naan bread. Clean and bright with good service. Would definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Never eaten in but we have a takeaway delivered every couple of weeks. Not many places in Shifnal do deliveries, so this sets it apart. Also they quote you 30-40 mins but its rarely longer than 15-20. Lovely sauces :)

I have been using east end balti for a while now and I have never experienced a bad meal. The food is always delicious and they have an extensive menu. The prices are moderate considering the quality of the food. Service is always great. Waiter are very helpful and polite. I live 6 miles away from this restaurant but its... More
