Solid service, tasty food.

Solid service, tasty food. What more can you ask of a restaurant in Swindon? Located in Gorse Hill sadly so a bit off the beaten track.

This restaurant has been a 2 minute walk away from my house for years and this was my first visit. An impromptu Friday night curry and it was delicious! The staff are very helpful, even letting us try a dish as a starter for free (it was the lamb mo-mo and highly recommended), the food we had was lovely and... More

We visited this restaurant at the same time as the Nepalese disaster occurred ther were about 40 of us, food fine, ambience fair, would I go there again ? Might do but for us it's the wrong side of the town.

I am really surprised to see so many good reviews on this restaurant, which i fell pray for and visited this place. Disgusting food, poor service and doesn't deserve the money they charge. Never ever ever visiting this place again.

We were passing through Swindon so decided to take advantage of an online offer. We were not disappointed. Although situated well out of the town in a slightly odd area you felt transported to Nepal once inside due to the attractive décor. The menu is large with many unusual dishes. Nepalese beer is on offer which is also unusual. Prices... More

Arrived at 6.15 on Saturday 11th july 2015. Only my husband and i and one other couple in the entire restaurant. Mentioned we had a groupon voucher and they weren't interested and said we had to book. We offered to pay the difference, they were closing the restaurant the next day for at least 3 weeks for refurbishment, we explained... More

Great food, excellent service very welcoming staff. Have been here a few times once on a New Year's Eve, if you are not sure what to have they are great to help you choose. There is a dish where you have a selection can't remember what it is called but it's great for trying

NEVER AGAIN! Do not go there! Rude, arrogant, empty but wouldn't let us in with a Groupon voucher. They don't know what they turned away when we would have ordered bottles of wine and extras. Instead went to Mela and got treated like royalty. Really wanted to experience Nepalese food - why do restaurants sign up for Groupon if they... More

It was a colleagues final day, and we went for a meal after work. The meal in itself was excellent, and the service was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant to lovers of Indian food. Unfortunately we did not have the option for the Nepalese cuisine because we had a Groupon voucher, but next time. . .

My wife and I went on the groupon deal. I was looking forward to having a traditional Nepalese meal. We were told that we were unable to order any of the authentic Nepalese meals, despite being allowed a main dish up to the value of £8.25. We were told that we could only have one of the 'traditional currys' and... More
