Great evening meal, relaxed setting, food looked and tasted great, good wine list - 3 people 3 courses drinks and a good red all for £150 - good value. Service might be a little slow for some people but most would say it was ''Un rushed''

Lovely food, easy to book on the website, nice wine and great service. Highly recommended. Catered very well for me and my veggie partner, without the usual goats cheese something.

After visiting Zest previously for a champagne breakfast, we were keen to try an evening meal. We chose to eat from the Festive menu & were impressed with the food & the service. The complimentary cup of soup was a nice introduction to the rest of the meal, & although small, set the standard for the courses which followed. Although... More

We ate at Zest on Friday night for our office Christmas party. The food and atmosphere were really good. Serving large tables with hot food in a timely manner can be tricky but we all really enjoyed the evening. Many thanks to all the zest team.

We visited last weekend, had a pleasant evening, nice food, good service. We all selected the festive menu £25 per head plus a few beers and wine. It was good. But portions are bit on small side. It was good. But its a bit cramped.

Its rare I step into Derby centre for a meal as I always think overpriced, under serviced and over cooked. I was pleased to be proved wrong. We received prompt service for our large table of 16. Each course was perfectly timed and cooked. The Lamb in my humble opinion was the best I can honestly say I've had. Eton... More

Came here in a big group last night. There were over 15 of us and the service was brilliant, with the waiters/waitresses being very attentive and polite. We had 4 courses and they were all delicious, good portion sizes and lamb cooked to perfection. Will definitely be returning again soon! Thank you Zest for a lovely evening

Had champagne breakfast here with 6 friends ,I was disappointed,I had been here before and it was much better then. My porridge was very thick & stodgy only just warm it was served with three thin slices of banana & hazel nuts. The eggs benedict was cooked well though. The toast was three small cold slices of French bread with... More

Having my parents here from overseas I thought It would be nice for them to see the new jw3building and took them to the zest restaurant. Unfortunately it was a real . We received the table at the back, had to call 15 min for a waiter to come and we seriously taught that they were ignoring us on purpose!... More
