Breakfast at the Thomas Leaper

Great value and very tasty big breakfast with coffee (with re-fills) for less than £5 what is not to like about that. Well decorated and clean surroundings with quick service, give it a try you might enjoy it.

Went for the Steaknight on a Tuesday, as a couple. The food was delicious, I opted for the skinny steak, however the portion of the salad that it comes with was miniscule. The cost of more salad to make it a better experience would be minimal, luckily I ordered some colslaw as a side. Even though I still needed something... More

Even though I have passed this many times this was my first visit. On our way to see Hamlet we stopped for am early meal. It is a Weatherspoons pub but was surprisingly quiet (it was only just 5pm). My companion and I had steak with chips peas mushroom and tomatoes followed by apple crumble and a glass of wine... More

This is a good value for money pub with nice staff and good food it is in a busy part of town. Sometimes you struggle to get a table but that of course speaks for its self

The food is good value and the staff are friendly and polite. There isn't much room though as we had a baby with us and felt like all the tables were too close together and not much space for the pram

Hi there. Thank you for letting us know that we did well on that troublesome day. it's good to hear. Burger Relish has been off the menu in Wetherspoons for a good few months now. Thank you Holly More

Called in for lunch, while on a day trip to Derby. On the day the kitchen was having trouble, but they managed very well. Would like to know why, they have taken the relish of the Burger meals, other Weatherspoons are still useing this. otherwise had a good meal.

This place never disappoints! One of the nicest places in derby, food is cheap and good standard. Always come here to meet friends and family.

An overall pleasant experience. I often nip in to the Leaper when about the town at night. It has a good blend of clientele and makes a change from other town pubs. You can still have a conversation and hear yourself talk. I've been for a few meals with family during the day. The menu is what you would expect,... More
