We visited this pub having been for a long windy walk along the Severn estuary. As for once the sun was shining we sat in the large garden and enjoyed a very pleasant meal. The Anchor is rather off the 'beaten track', but becomes a favourite once you have found it. Warm welcome, nice bar with small tables for cosy eating or proper restaurant for larger groups. We stumbled on this pub looking for somewhere to get a drink at lunchtime as other pubs in the vicinity seem to be closed.
