We turned up at approx 13:30pm and the place was quite! We were stood waiting for approx 5 minutes at the enterence and there was 5 staff behind the bar area that looks directly at us and not one staff acknowledged us! After a few more minutes a staff member seated us and took our drink order. After 20 minutes... More

Myself and a friend visited the Priory Harvester for breakfast today. We were greeted warmly & seated by the window. We ordered Tea & coffee then when it was brought over our hot food order taken. The salad bar had been replaced with a continental breakfast selection which included pancakes, various yogurts, fruit, fruit compote and cereals. There was also... More

The only reason the starring for this is 1 is because I can't put a zero! This was completely appalling. We were having a girls night out. First of it took 25 minutes for us to have our drinks orders. I was the only one to have a starter of nachos and had asked to not have any guacamole. Thus... More

Oh dear, how disappointing! Took our family of four (2 kids, 2 adults) for an evening meal on a Tuesday. We waited a good time to be seated, not busy at the time but staff seemed scarce. We were given a small table with four tired looking chairs, one of which was so tatty that the polyester filling on the... More

We had been out all day with the kids and they were really hungry. We decided on harvester and it was a real disappointment. The bowls that were available for the salad were dirty, and no bread rolls. When we finally sat down with salad my husband had to find clean cutlery. We then had to wait another 15 mins... More

We arrived at 12 midday to an almost empty premises but still had to wait to be seated. Despite it being an hour after the breakfast finished none of the tables were cleaned and prepared for the lunch time diners. The floor was covered in food. Our order was taken incorrectly and staff when staff came were like busses two... More

Gambled on a breakfast & happy to say it paid off !, this Harvester has undergone a management "reboot" in the last couple of months & its a vast improvement. Give the breakfast a go, huge variety & you dictate the volume. Paid another visit a few days later for an evening meal, and again food 100% (salad bar a... More

We visited last Thursday, I have emailed since and had no response. We arrived and we were walked round the whole restaurant back and forth til it was decided where we would sit, then we waited ages for our order to be taken, the starter came out after a long wait and was luke warm, our mains came again after... Visited today with my family.... Ordered our drinks (4 cokes and a water) which took an impressive 25 minutes to arrive! The food which we waited an hour for was the show stopper! The £14 surf 'n' Turf which I wouldn't of fed my dog was cold and dry! The meat tougher than leather.... Presention was the chucked on look!... More
