They answered within the first ring however, they didnt know they accidently answered while their phone was in their pocket so I heard them laughing and talking. We visited Sunday 18th January 2015, we can honestly say this was the worst restaurant we have ever visited should of left 5 mins after we arrived as we stood at counter to ask for table even though there were only about 5 tables taken. We waited patiently for about 5 mins even though staff walking past us not even... More

We went here before heading over to watch the rugby, we sometimes go to the samons leap in quedgeley so thought it would be the same. We were wrong, this place is messy and dirty and in serious need of a renovation. Feels like its in the middle of someone doing it up but they gave up part way through.... More

Went to The Priory as part of a group and could not have been more disappointed - agreed, it wouldn't have been my first choice of place to eat in Gloucester but I certainly expected more. I don't know if it is just me but I always find the salad bar pretty tasteless (I don't know how beetroot cubes manage... More

We went on New Years day, as I really fancied the famous salad bar, & pub grub fish & chips. We arrived at 12.45, with our little boy, and were sat at a table by the manageress, a lady with auburn hair dressed in non-uniform. She asked did we want a high chair (he is a spritely one year old),... More

Visited here lunchtime today. Not my first choice but under pressure from son. About a quarter full on arrival so seated straightaway. Waitress arrived promptly for drinks order. Had the usual salad bar starters but took some time to find a CLEAN dish. Fed up of the filthly dishes at the salad bar which seem to be a feature of... More

My husband and I, plus our 2 children, visited this establishment for breakfast this morning. What a joke..... Upon arrival a sour faced waitress showed us to a table with no greeting, small talk or explanation of the menu. After a 20 minute wait and no staff in site, my husband used his mobile phone to call their phone line,to... More
