Took my partner here for a birthday surprise. When I booked I was asked if the meal was for a special occasion, when we arrived the table was decorated with balloons and chocolate favours. The maître d' was exceptionally attentive, friendly and most welcoming. The food was also exceptional, very authentic and tasty. I would certainly return here as it... More

Came here for my Partner's birthday meal, with his 2 grown up daughters. It is a small restaurant but with a lovely atmosphere and it felt really authentic. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Will definitely be making this a regular haunt.

First visit to this restaurant, influenced by the reviews on trip advisor, and I have to say we were not disappointed. We went to celebrate my birthday on the 6th December, on booking the table I was asked if it was for a special occasion, on arrival we were greeted by the most friendly staff and shown to our table... We chose this restaurant after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. Debbie's choice of the special, tagliatelli with tomato based sauce and Italian sausage was one of the best pasta dishes she'd ever eaten. The service was really friendly, a combination of a young lad learning the job but already sensible positive with the proprietor. We really enjoyed... More

Dear Adam, thank you for your review and oh my word how to reply to this shocking statement. 1.. We do not add onion to our bruschetta as this is not the traditional way we do it from my part of italy nor do we overpower it with garlic and we do add fresh basil on the top and seasoning... More

I reviewed this restaurant earlier in the year and gave it a good review then. The same applied on this visit. Such friendly staff and Mine Host as usual was as charming and accommodating as ever. Even managing a smile as he slipped on some wine that had been spilt on the floor. We booked earlier in the day as... More

Reservation made 1 hour prior to arrival without problems. Welcomed by manager and given choice of tables. Varied menu gives options along with two specials boards. Service and food were excellent along with nice bottle of red. Prices very reasonable and would recommend as an ideal restaurant for couples visiting Harrogate.

We visited Harrogate for our wedding anniversary back in May. After reading the reviews on Trip Advisor we decided to book this restaurant. I popped in to book a table in the afternoon and they explained they were busy that night (Sunday) with parties but asked what the occasion was. I explained it was our wedding anniversary and they said... More
