My wife & I dined at L'Albero Delle Noci having seen excellent reviews on TripAdvisor, and therefore expected a superb meal. We were not disappointed! The food and wine menu provided a good choice of traditional Italian dishes, but without being so extensive to confuse. We both ordered Gamberetti Piccante as a starter, which was delicious. We visited after reading reviews and walking past earlier in the day. Service was fantastic, all staff, and particularly Umberto, were very friendly. My husband isn't always a fan of Italian food but we both loved it and had 3 courses. Can't recommend highly enough, we will certainly return if we visit Harrogate again

Everything was excellent! Booked based purely on online reviews and was not disappointed. Soup delicious, mozzarella salad starter superb, sea bass tasty, chicken superb. Wine well priced. Staff fantastic and welcoming! Busy place but not rushed to finish or leave. Would recommend to anyone visiting Harrogate and wanting a nice, small, non-chain place to eat.

We wandered in for an early bird. The staff were warm and friendly, couldn't do enough for our little boy and offered to do us a half portion of pasta, or anything else he fancied. The food was delicious - really authentic. I loved the decor too, very cosy and we felt like we were on holiday in Italy, if... More

Had a lovely estate bird dinner with family. Excellent service from Umberto, and food was interesting and very tasty. A real find in nice small family type surroundings. Worth all the praise!

..... clearly going against the majority here, because I wasn't massively impressed. The food was lovely and the restaurant obviously popular. I'm not sure if they had a staff problem as the service was quite slow in places, and there did only appear to be 2 waiting staff on duty who never stopped. The complimentary appetisers were a nice touch,... More

Three months on and I am taking my son for dinner in Harrogate. Italian it is and L'Abero Delle Noci is our choice. I am sometimes anxious when I go back to a restaurant I really enjoyed last time...but I had no reason to worry. We had a superb evening; great food, great service; great price. Fresh bruschetta and home... More

4 friends and I recently went for dinner here on a Tuesday evening. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Like lots of traditional Italian restaurants the menu was very long and would have been easier to choose from if it was a quarter of the length, especially as it was difficult to read the Italic font in the dim light!... My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this lovely little Italian, and the trip advisor review was spot on. It was excellent. When booking, I was asked if it was a special occasion, and I told them it was our anniversary. On arriving there was a flurry of activity by the Maitre d' Umberto, who sat us down at... More

Recently went here for my wife's birthday after a fantastic experience for our wedding anniversary last year. Without doubt the best Italian restaurant I've been to (and I've been to a lot!) Great ambience in the restaurant. Perfect size - not too big so you feel ignored and not too small that you feel imposed on. The owner is a... More
