My husband and I visited the rambleweood today for the Sunday carvery. The food was great, beef was cooked just the way I like it. The guy serving behind the carvery was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be going again.

We visited Ramblewood Inn on Saturday evening at 17.00hrs, tried to get a table for two but were told that the Restaurant was fully booked even though there were only two people in at the time. The same food is served in the bar so we decided to eat there, after all with a full restaurant at five o'clock in the... More

We stayed at the Best Western two nights and ate here on both, food was fine but wouldn't recommend the bar area, could do with some new fixtures and fittings, we went into conservatory area. Food was pretty decent pub type of fare. Beers and good try the Adnams Broadside.

The food is excellent, the staff are helpful and friendly, the misc played on occasions leaves a lot to be desired if you are not into heavy (something). Nice outdoor dining spaces in the garden of the hotel.

Having read the mixed reviews we were a little apprehensive but thought to give it a go. Very busy in the bar, but we were greeted with friendly humour, we ordered our meal and drinks, it came in good time and was very tasty food. Then a hen party arrived for dinner and the kitchen became very busy for a... More

Really disappointed at the service. After taking an age to place my order i had another long wait ahead of me until my main meal arrived. when it finally arrived it was just plonked down in front of me with no effort to ask if i would like any condiments or an enjoy your meal. The food was just ok... More

Visited this lovely country pub situated next to Orton Hall as my other half has frequented it many a time years ago. Had a lovely early evening meal. Staff were welcoming, good choice on the menu & the ribeye steak was fantastic, cooked to perfection. Will definitely return to this atmospheric pub set in idyllic grounds when in the Peterborough...
