My family really enjoyed this place. The food was really good as well as the service. The prices were very reasonable for Cape May. This is a very busy place and they seem to have some issues with estimating wait times. One night the wait was too long and many people complained they were told 30 minutes and still waiting... More

Yes the wait is LONG so bring an extra bottle of vino. They bring out freshly baked garlic bread while you wait. The atmosphere is a bit cramped and noise a bit loud but overall the food and service makes up for these. Best salad and eggplant I have ever had! Will most definitely be going back again very soon!... More

Nestled in a converted church in Cape May, NJ, Panicos was an awesome surprise. Outstanding Choice of appetizers, outstanding Italian-based food, and a dessert selection that made my wife Very happy. And it was byob. They had a wide selection of pizzas but we elected to go with a full dinner, without regretting The decision. Service was phenomenal and the... More

This restaurant has a terrible seating policy: You can call ahead for seating but will still be expected to wait as much as an hour to actually be seated. When you check in with them and they tell you it will be another 15-20 minutes, it really means another hour. Their byob policy combined with the worst hostess duties ever... More

Second time there. Both times were great. HUGE portions. Food and presentation are both thumbs up. Worth the short trip outside if downtown.

Note it's a Greek place - not an Italian place - so there are so there are some subtle differences in the plates. Like some meals served over rice not pasta. Great apps and the pizza was flavorful - with a great crust. The 4 cheese pizza was a but greasy though. Staff was great - esp since we had... More

This is one of our new favorites. We ate there last year and this year. The food is wonderful, whether you are eating a pizza or a delicious meal. They are only open for dinner and don't go if you are in a rush. Enjoy your meal; our entire family loves this place.

We have been here four times in the last two years. Three times it was really good all the way around. This last time two of our dinners were good, one really good, one ok. The Gnocchi appetizer was excellent, as were the special salads. The bread with olive oil for dipping is always outstanding. The deserts were good, although... More
