I popped in for a quick meal tonight. Food was nice but the service appalling. There was 5 staff on probably about 25 customers. One bar maid standing talking to a heavy waitress gossiping for the entire duration of my visit. It is a pity as bar is nice food good clearly the owners have enough money to pay all... More

We were desperately looking for a pub that showed the football and was somewhere we could eat and the bridge tavern ticked both boxes! It has a welcoming feel inside, the food was very tasty and we were advised on a great bottle of wine. Overall a lovely experience, the exterior and interior are very well tended to and along... Visited alone, sat and ate my lunch in comfort and privacy but never felt akward as staff great. I like to read the papers, have a coffee and people watch. Lovely spot, going back later this week.

6 of us thoroughly enjoyed a beautiful meal from a great menu, service was first class and staff very friendly and helpful. As a result we've booked again for a family Christening in December for 80 people. We have been for Sunday lunch twice since then and really enjoyed them.

We were a family group of 9 (3 generations) who just popped in for a drink but were tempted by the varied menu. Everyone was impressed by the atmosphere in the pub. Delighted that they had the wonderful Staropramen from Prague on draught. I would personally highly recommend the Chicken Satay Salad which was delicious and only cost about €8.50
