I go here a lot of a drink or some food. Always get either the beef or chicken burger. Food is always great and the chips are to die for. Lovely staff too. Haven't had a bad experience here.

Excellent food. I had crab with a carrot sauce but with no veg I needed a desert (which I normally omit). My wife had cod which she found excellent. I always feel that in such restaurants the emphasis is more on presentation rather than quantity especially where males are concerned. Service was very slow and although our waiter was a... More

Bar menu was really big portions, staff were extra friendly, very good price and the cork rebel ale made it a special evening out with friends.

This is possibly the best Streak I have ever eaten. I had the Sirloin steak. It was prepared exactly as I had requested and it was simply delicious!.WOW!

The food is a bit pricey from the menu but the quality is good. The only value is the early bird menu and quality doesn't appear to have been sacrificed either. I have to say the atmosphere is old worldly and the pub is located in a good location near the bull ring just off the main street. Hotels are... More

Called in on a quiet Monday evening on an overnight stop in Wexford, but it was still busy enough to create a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and displayed a good knowledge of both the food and wine menus. Our group of three all started with excellent local mussels, then followed with the Rump Steak, Rib-Eye Steak and the... More

We were a group of 9 and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. From the moment we entered to the moment we left the staff were professional, friendly and engaging. They had time to listen to and engage with interest and banter. The Al La Carte menu in this Bistro style venue was broad... More
