Cozy and commendable!

Geoffs is one of my favorite bar/restaurants to visit in Waterford. Whether it's for a drink, food, or both, Geoffs never disappoints. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious (my favorite is the Salt and Pepper Calamari with Shoestring potatoes) and the prices are reasonable. As well as... read more

Deceptively unattractive from the exterior...but an Aladdin's cave inside. Big, dark brown wood bar with plenty of snugs and corners, a spiral staircase and a spacious outdoor area. Music playlists great and a steady buzz. Usual suspects on tap.

Decided to pop in on a sunny Saturday afternoon for some lunch. We were humming and hawing about going in because it was so sunny outside and looks extremely dark inside. We were too hungry to go anywhere else so we decided to give it a try. Then we discovered the fantastic beer garden. Decorated lovely with the sun straight... More

I eat in Geoffs regularly for lunch as it never disappoints, the food is freshly prepared and tasty, with a changing daily special. It is a bit away from the main shopping area but there is always groups of people meeting up here so there is always something happening. Friendly staff, interesting decor, chess sets and music.

This is a large pub but seemed to be only two toilets downstairs for women........not enough. Lots of steps probably not the best in a pub but good space and they serve food.

Guinness and cider was amazing. Bar tenders were friendly and chatted with us. We did not eat here but heard the food was great.

This is an absolutely amazing bar. Really comfortable and with great friendly staff. We ate here twice in the week we were in Waterford. A good varied menu, with large portions. I had madras curry and friends had fish of the day, and steak pie and lamb kebabs. Reasonably priced and well presented. It was busy, but not so much... More

Cool pub to stop in and have a pint while in Waterford. A bartender at a previous pub recommended stopping in here to have a drink. Its a very large pub compared to some of the others that we visited while in Ireland. They had a large selection of beers which included several local beers. Bartenders were friendly and the...
